I’m writing a complaint about Kenna who seems to get a lot of bad reviews, I ordered thru the drive thru. I ordered a meal with a large drink, I got to the window she gave me a medium. Apparently it offended her to ask for what I ordered and I said I ordered a large and she sad no you did not. I know I did because I was so thirsty. So thirsty I said ok can you ring me up for a large which she did. When I tried my drink she decide to call me a liar again. I said this drink tastes really bad can you check it and pointed to the machine. She said no very rudely. Then she says I’m not going it for you. I said I’m not asking you to drink my drink I’m asking you to check the tap she says no. She then offers me no alternative drink after I paid extra. I keep asking g her why she is being so rude over a soda and she just smirks and seems to get satisfaction from the more mad she is making me. At some point I got mad which I apologize for but this girl is really weird as hell, something’s seriously wrong with her for how she treats clients. She wanted to make me mad she seems to have gotten off on it. When I told her I was going to tell her manager tomorrow and she’s really mean and karmas coming she simply didn’t. How is this girl a supervisor of anything. I ended up refunding my order because apparently it was just to hard for her to offer me a sprite or any other drink!

Maryan the manager is very rude. The steak bites tasted like beef jerky so I asked for a refund after trying just a little of one. He bitched and complained and mouthed the whole time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered the New steak and cheese bowl. There we no fried onions. The macaroni was one layer cold and the meat was tough and overcooked. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and the young lady that was on duty as the Manager insisted that it was the correct portion of mac and cheese. No apologies for the food being under cooked or old. Seriously need to do better. Super disappointed. Ordered the same thing for my son last week and his bowl looked nothing like the kiddie size bowl that they just served me for dinner thru drive thru.

I ordered online and got my reciept to my email which don’t have my name in the reciept which is not my fault. The cashier denied to handover the food to me even though I have the reciept with the order number and stuff. First let your employee know that reciept sent to an email do not have name on it before confronting with a customer

9/20/25 @10:30pm Ordered $16 worth of food, got two arby sauces so I asked for more, the lady said she cant give out more because they aren't allowed to give more.... so guess what you just lost me as a customer. Greedy companies dont get my business! How much does it cost to make a packet of arby sauce vs. the profit of a life time customer. Shameful!

$13.50 for a Turkey and Swiss combo?! Pretty sure that’s nearly a 70% increase from a year or two ago. I hope your workers got a raise as well. Enjoy your greedy increased profit margins, I will literally never be back. Hows that math working out for you now? Some of these corporations are out of control and someone had to say it. You’re way out of your league at that price range and are foolish if you think many of us will just come back like it’s okay. My dollar will go much further elsewhere.

Today at this Arby,s on Alpharetta Hwy in Roswell. Ga at the window the customer service was horrible! Due to the fact my elderly mother did not want to accept four dollars in coins, she was called crazy by a Black guy at the window UACCEPTBLE! He was rude and then called the manager who was also rude Even the manager did not apologize. Bad customer service. So shut it down! Spending money at this place is no worst such humiliation. Owner please train your employees or else you will be boycotted. 💯

No Thanks

Attempted to order a med drink. What a mistake. Tomas the cashier refused to ring up the order unless I give a name for the kitchen. The kitchen doesn't need my name for a coke to go... Asked him to ring me up several times and he refused and said we have to follow company protocol...

I informed him I don't work for Arbies and I don't know what their policies or whatever is. I just want a Coke, ring me up so I can leave. I already wait 10 minutes for Tomas to finish chatting with his friend.

So Tomas still refuses to ring me up and says I'm being rude for not following Arby's protocol and gets the manager who refuses and says I have to follow Arby's protocol........

At anytime they could have put in a random name for their kitchen but, they decide to be rude and refuse.

Took my money to Chick-fil-A, took less than 5 min and no BS.

No longer wasting time and money at Arbys.
