I ordered my food through their mobile app. I snipped the receipt just in case. Half of my order was missing. Kenna the manager said that I needed to provide a paper receipt. I asked how when I ordered from their mobile app. First I was told what was clearly on the receipt that I didn’t order that. Then I was told we were given everything. I requested that the cameras be pulled. After driving back and the portion at home now cold to add to insult Kenna had us pay for what was missing and said that was her GM’s rules. I then called their corporate complaints and was told they would issue me a refund of what I had to pay twice for. I am a Diabetic who had already dosed my insulin so I was in a pickle to say the least. I also explained that I am handicap. After much unneeded stress I have requested to not only speak to the GM but his/her boss as well. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that Kenna was insisting on me providing something that I was never given. A copy of the electronic receipt should suffice! I thought that maybe I was dealing with a child over the phone but this was a grown woman who should know the difference from right and wrong!

Terrible customer service. Kena, the shift manager, was rude and completely unwilling to help resolve an issue. My order was missing an item, and instead of taking responsibility, they falsely claimed they had given it to me. I had to drive 15 minutes back, only to be charged again for something I never received. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Won’t be returning."

I ordered the Hawaiian fish deluxe meal w/curly fries and a cup of cheddar. Meal came up to 11.63 (cheddar was 1.00 upcharge). Anyway, the sandwich had NO FLAVOR. The more I ate, I realized that even though the sandwich was bigger it didn't taste better than Dairy Queen's Alaskan Fish sandwich.
The fries was hot, but broken pieces...and I was the first one there. The lemonade sweet tea mix, was a miss as well. The presentation was nice though.

Customer Service is horrible and I wouldn’t serve this food to a dog. Shift Manager (Kena)is rude and they mess up your order and gets mad went you ask them to fix it like they giving you something. 👎🏽

Store was closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday. No cars in the parking lot, no employees working the drive thru. Just empty.

Please do less talking and more work. I was the only person in the restaurant and it took almost 10 minutes to pick up an online order. Employees were more concerned with personal chatter.
The place I initially went too had a long wait so I decided to go to Arby's no line. I ordered a burger combo with cheese sticks instead of fries and a drink. I'm totally convinced the burger had to have been microwaved due to the texture and look of it. The cheese sticks are not what Arby's served a few years ago.Its a total different project.I ask for extra marinara sauce . I like more sauce than I do cheese. A different person came back to the window with no extra sauce The texture of cheese was awful and would not be good for kids especially being that it's more like chewing gum hard to break down . I took the breading off of one while still warm it was tough cheese it also had a fish grease smell. The drink was normal. If you want a burger stick to a burger joint that you know of.

Arby's roast beef has had gotten nasty. I use to eat there 4 times a week, now the roast beef is thick and nasty

Definitely one of the best fast food options around, always prepared well, whether you use the app or order at the speaker. Kind and professional staff. They got the meats!
