Food is excellent!! Staff pleasant!!! Seems like a great place to work!!! Terry was the manager that did our table touch, I was very impressed. My wife and I have found out new favorite places to eat!!! I can't wait to try everything on there menu!!!

Food and drinks were So awesome. I had the bad ass and man was that thing huge. Skyler was my server and I also spoke with Eddie and Brandon who were the managers. They all three made my experience outstanding. I will definitely be returning with more friends and family.

We had a mini reunion lunch at Bad Daddy's. We had a rather large party of 15 people. They were very accommodating of us and pleasant with us. The food was great, and Kimberly was very attentive. As we were leaving, they helped us with getting a group picture! Highly recommended.

We went there with extended family ( 16 of us ) They set up a long table to accommodate all of us and everything was perfect ! Kim , our server , was awesome . Tammy , the manager came to our table and introduced herself and made sure everything was great . All of the food was delicious and exactly as ordered . What a wonderful experience . Kim even took several pictures for us, so we will all definitely remember! 😃

I visited Bad Daddy’s for the first time, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. After leaving, I noticed two separate charges on my AMEX—one for my meal and another for an unknown bill. When I contacted the restaurant to resolve the issue, I was treated as though I was the problem for simply expressing concern about potential fraudulent charges on my card.

I initially spoke with Val, who escalated the matter to Tammy. Instead of offering help or a clear explanation, both were dismissive and rude. They seemed more frustrated with me for asking questions than interested in resolving the issue. The way management handled this situation was unacceptable and unprofessional.

I believe respect should be given to everyone—especially someone spending $175 on burgers. What’s most unfortunate is that our server was absolutely wonderful—attentive and kind. It’s a shame she has to work under leadership that doesn’t reflect the same level of care and respect for customers.

I had a great experience at Bad Daddy’s Burger in Alpharetta, and our server, Messiah, truly made it exceptional. I ordered the Heatwave burger, the Grand Daddy margaritas, Parmesan Truffle Fries and both were absolutely delicious. Messiah was super attentive, friendly, and gave top-notch service from start to finish. He checked in at all the right times and made sure we had everything we needed. His energy and professionalism really stood out. If you go, definitely ask for Messiah, he’ll take great care of you!

I had an amazing experience at Bad Daddy’s Burger in Alpharetta thanks to our server, Messiah. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He had great recommendations, kept our drinks full without us even asking, and made sure everything came out just right. His positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made our visit memorable. If you’re dining here, ask for Messiah—you won’t be disappointed!

1st time here, I like the decoration, the movie posters, and nostalgic pictures. The service was friendly and attentive.
Once received, the food was really good. Especially the burger, tater tots and strawberry lemonade.

Quick to be seated and the waitresses were quick to get us drinks. Appetizers were ordered and hit the table not even 5 min after our drinks. We ordered our food and as we finished up the Appetizers our food came. Very prompt. Very polite and a good atmosphere with a good tone of music in the background.

Good burgers and excellent house sauce

My wife and I ate there last night and the food was good. I had the heatwave burger(I think that’s what it was called), and it was very tasty. Their house sauce is great. The onion rings were the best I’ve had in a long time.

AJ was our server and she was the best! Friendly, accommodating, and kept on top of things.

The atmosphere wasn’t bad, but wasn’t original. It’s like most other burger restaurants. The floor was a bit dirty.

The two points of feedback we had was that my wife’s smash patty’s didn’t have a lot of flavor and salt(so she said). And that the French fries weren’t as good as I’d hoped they would be.

Overall I would eat here again because I really like my burger, onion rings, and waitress.
