Absolutely delicious! We ordered through UberEats and were blown away at how great it is. We will definitely be eating there again and soon! Also, the portions are huge! You can easily share a meal and still have some left over.

Unfortunately, our latest visit to Bambinelli's was lackluster. They were not terribly busy, but we waited nearly an hour for our food. We ordered a plate of meatball parm and a plate of chicken parm amongst all of our other food. With both, we ordered them with fettuccine alfredo with the main meat, instead of the traditional spaghetti and red sauce on the side. That request seemed to fluster the server. With the meals, they came with spaghetti and alfredo sauce, not fettuccine. It didn't seem like it should have been difficult to achieve. We waited too long for drink refills. Our server may have been the bartender also, which may have created some of the problem. We had family from out of town who asked specifically to go to Bambinelli's. We will probably be back since we have been loyal customers since the Roswell location opened. But we hope for a better experience next time.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I went in with my wife and kids for dinner and after the attitude we got from the person at the front desk, we should have just left. We were seated and the waiter was really great. We ordered a few appetizers and once they finally came out (it took an unusually long time even though they weren't very busy) we were still looking at the menu. While we were having the appetizers it sounded like there was a bunch of arguing coming from the back somewhere, maybe the kitchen. It was really loud and a lot of cussing and n words. Right after that a lady who we now know was the manager was scolding one of the waiters in a really nasty way and again with several f bombs. It seems that foul language is a theme here. That's fine with me aside from being really unprofessional, but not okay arounnd my kids. So I decided to leave. We told the waiter to give us the check and told him why. When he brought the check the manager lady (did not get her name but had dirty blonde hair in a ponytail) came and asked what the problem was. When I told her instead of apologizing she called me a liar and said I was just trying to get free food. I told her I way paying for the appetizers and did not appreciate the way she and some of the staff were behaving with the language and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. She was at the front desk as we were leaving and called me an a**hole as we were walking out. Maybe she was just having a really bad day and we've all had those, but it's not okay to treat custmers like that especially when they have kids.

I used to go in here weekly precovid but lately it's been more delivery. I even got my office hooked on ordering the pizza and salads here when we have team lunches brought in because the salads are as amazing as the pizza. The servers are always super young but don't let that worry you, I've never had bad service there. The vibe is an old Italian place that could use a remodel. But also that's exactly the charm of it too. The old fashioned bar is gorgeous. I wish I had current images but Yelp was asking me to review and I'm going from memory rather than a current experience. I've never ever had a bad experience. But if you ask them to to make a Long Island tea... be specific if you believe it should include bourbon or not (my opinion is no). Haha.

We went here for the first time last night. We have had Pizza from here before and it was great. However, our experience here last night was less than average. It looked like they were severely understaffed. Everyone was sat in the bar that came in and the bartender waited on everyone. The rolls were brought out cold, we had to ask for hot ones. The calamari was good but not very brown. The sausage and peppers lacked flavor other than the sausage was very tasty. The same for the Baked Ziti and Sausage I ordered. The sausage was good but the Ziti was underseasoned. Lastly, The bartended accidentally spilled part of our drink, I know this was a mistake but it just added to the experience.

Went in to get a delivery order was told by one dude that i have to wait outside to get the food. 30 minutes waiting outside in the cold to simply be handed a delivery order that sitting right there in front of me. It's been done just getting cold. People keep passing the window as I ring a bell for someone to finally hand it to me. Go back inside after 30 minutes waiting in the cold for another guy to come up nope sorry I can't help you you gotta go to the window and wait. Terrible customer service. Terrible treatment. I will definitely never come here.
