You can't go wrong with ice cream, but the BATHROOM at this location looks like a horror movie. The ones in a jail cell would look better. It wasn't just dirty, but looked like it hadn't been clean in YEARS! My mouth dropped. I told the manager, and he just smiled. It's a poor reflection of him as a business man. I won't be going to that specific one again

We go this place because they have more variety than the baskin robins near my place. People are very friendly and we always had a great experience at this location.

I am a Nanny to boy/girl twins who are 6 years old. They both chose Ice cream as their reward for good behavior. So we went to this location twice today (kids on different summer schedules) 1 of them has ADHD & the other is on the autism spectrum. The man who served us each time was Wonderful! He openly enjoyed the enthusiasm of 1 & was beyond patient of the rigid specifics of the other. I appreciate this level of customer service & kindness so much more than I could ever express! We will absolutely be back again & again for all our ice cream needs! Thank You!!!

I was taken aback when I went to collect the birthday cake on 02/21, only to find that it didn't match the one we had ordered. The young girl working behind the counter insisted that it was indeed the correct cake. When I arrived home, my wife confirmed my suspicions—it was the wrong cake. I contacted the store, and they asked me to bring the cake back so they could replace it. Following their instructions, I returned to the store, but to my surprise, they didn't have another cake available as a replacement. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a couple of days before receiving a new one.A few days later, I picked up another cake. Interestingly, the young employee at the counter claimed that the original cake I received on the eighth was the right one, according to the owner.
