I love this place! The new owners are just as amazing as the old owner. My family and I will be back!

Went this past Saturday and all I can say is, WOW! Such an amazing experience. This has always been one of our favorite stops, but it has only gotten better. New owners/management are absolutely wonderful- so friendly and helpful. They’ve done an AMAZING job at renovating the space. It feels so much cleaner and enjoyable to sit and eat your ice cream. Hands down this is one of our favorite places and we will definitely be back again soon!

They redid the inside of the store and it looks great! The new owner came and talked to us and was super friendly! Really fast service when there were a lot of people there. We ordered a pint to go and he filled it all the way to the top! My favorite ice cream place!!

I used to be a regular at this baskin robins but they seem to be under new ownership/management because the last two times ive attempted to come they are closed more than 30 minutes before their actual closing time (10 pm) on a Saturday/Friday night. Absolutely disappointing

Great place, friendly staff. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
24 hours notice on special orders. If you need one immediately there is plenty of fresh product in the display freezer.
Because of the staff and ease of ordering….Ice Cream cake will be ordered for all family birthdays.

They went out of their way for me. It was last minute on my birthday and they don't know how much I appreciated it.

I have no doubt with the flavors and varieties of their ice cream. It’s been always taste amazing!
My only problem was with their service!
I was there yesterday and eventually they didn’t give me the receipt and i believe that they didn’t scan properly for my app barcodes. So, i decided to call them and wanted to ask for the copy of my receipt, and at some points, i called them for more than 8 times but no one pick up the phone! I even left a message to call me back, but there’s still no one call me back until now.
I’m just so so disappointed at their service. I wish the owner or manager that used to stand by there is still there and help me with this.

We got there about 8:10 on a thursday night just wanted to grt ice cream for a little sweat. Worker was high couldn’t even keep her focus while ordering overall 1 star. Ice cream was terrible.

Had my mother's and wife's favorite, Jamocha Almond Fudge!

1st time. Staff was friendly and fast. Great selection of ice cream. Had a strawberry milkshake.

I would like to inform you that Ronald Kirkwood Eve is very polite, his hospitality is through the roof. I would rate this higher but you can only rate 5 stars.

Amazing customer service!! He gave samples and helped me pick the best flavors: cookie dough and icing on the cake!! My first time but definitely not my last!

You can't go wrong with ice cream, but the BATHROOM at this location looks like a horror movie. The ones in a jail cell would look better. It wasn't just dirty, but looked like it hadn't been clean in YEARS! My mouth dropped. I told the manager, and he just smiled. It's a poor reflection of him as a business man. I won't be going to that specific one again
