The service is excellent, and this is a great location to work from during the day. I love dark roast, but the French Roast had an extremely bitter aftertaste. I visited in the afternoon, and the food choices seemed limited.

I’ve been a regular at Biggby for a while and this is the first time this morning that my coffee was just plain nasty.. they’re needs to be one person who can keep the flow going and not two new hires in the morning..I will always come back here but today was just not a good one.

They have the best coffee and bagels I’ve ever had! I have been to 4 different locations (3 in Ohio, this is the only one in Georgia) and their staff always exceeds my expectations as far as customer service and making quality food/ drinks. The Georgia location by far has the sweetest Baristas!

I just stumbled upon this place while being in the area and I enjoyed it. I like unique or unusual coffee pairings and flavorings I wouldn’t normally experience, and their island coffee (coconut) was really yummy. The service was great as the servers made me laugh and were quite accommodating and that Asiago bagel reminded me of the good part of my childhood.
Alison informed me about their buy one get one deal and i really Appreciated it . The coffee is great!

Being from Michigan I am obsessed with Biggby coffee. My hair salon is up the street and I always treat myself to Biggby every time I visit this area. This store is beautiful and I look forward to my visits as often as possible, today however my noonish visit was not as expected, the lobby area was a mess even though there was only one person who was in the cubicle area. The young ladies behind the counter were talking about other job opportunities in addition to their jobs at Biggby for additional income and not worried at all about the condition of the lobby area, I mentioned the condition prior to leaving as I had referred two people to visit the store that day and did not want them to think I referred them to a coffee shop that did not clean continuously. I am a committed customer to the store as that is the only one near me but please make it forever the best store.
