Our go to place for birthday celebrations for 20 yrs. WE HAD A RESERVATION today for 6. Got seated at a table with 6 seats. After 10 minutes being seated, we were told that they needed our table for a group of 8. We have to move you to the back room. "We promise it will be warmer and quieter. It will be better for you." We did them a favor and moved. It was not a very pleasant experience. They proceeded to seat us at a table between one table of 11, and another table of 12. The noise was deafening. We could not conduct a conversation. Afterwards, I talked about it to the manager, Nicole. Her only response was, "sorry". This after we did them a favor by moving? And then they misled us about the noise? I consider that inappropriate. And oh by the way, for the first time in 20 years they ignored the birthday girl. Sorry but we won't be back.....

Brookwood Grill has been a "good to" foundation restaurant in Roswell for 40 years. Consistently one of our finest restaurants. The service and food are always excellent. Steaks, seafood and salads are all great choices and at reasonable prices for the quality. Get reservations if you are going on Friday, Saturday or Sundays. Don't be fooled by the age of the restaurant. It has been consistently been updated over the years and has superb ambiance for dining.

Stopped by for an early dinner, We went to the bar and grabbed a booth,James our server/ bartender came right over told us all about the menu and specials for the evening, he did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to talk to. I did a Salmon BLT which was incredible so good I forgot to get a picture. My wife had the French dip without the bun and she said it was perfect. They were very accommodating on substituting items on their menu. I would highly recommend stopping in and enjoying a great night out.

Food is good and the restaurant is nice. Slightly over priced though in my opinion. Reason for the negative review is I paid a $100 dollar bill with a fifty and a hundred. The waitress brought back the receipt but no change. As a server, I thought it was very distasteful to assume I would tip fifty percent and not even offer to bring change back. When asked for the change, she said “oh you wanted change?” Which i thought was even more distasteful.
Again, food is good and restaurant was nice (they were out of the prime rib which was annoying) but I think management should better train their employee on etiquette.

Brookwood Grill has be around for as long as I can remember. The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. I had soup and a salad and both were tasty and well prepared. The service was above par, and enhanced the experience. Make sure to put this on your list to try or visit on a regular basis.

Just had the pleasure of having dinner here this evening and let me say it didn't disappoint us. We are from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and have the luxury of some of the best fine dinning. But this restaurant was fabulous from the food to the service. Our Waiter Martin was knowledgeable regarding everything on the menu and his service was impeccable. Thank you Martin for helping our experience exceed expectations. PS. HAVE THE RISOTTO

You would love the space if you are into old school steakhouses and dark interiors. Not my cup of. Our server was really nice. The steak salad was good. The salad portion was huge. They are famous for the butter croissant that they bring to the table.

I have been a very loyal and very regular guest for decades. The food is excellent and the table service is outstanding. There seems to be a new team of hostesses and, for the past few weeks, they have ruined our entire experience. Reservations evidently no longer have any meaning and the hostesses are clueless and extremely rude. It is very disappointing to have your dining experience ruined before you actually are seated. After two disasters in the past three weeks, I have decided to no longer visit this restaurant that I have grown to love over the years. The breaking point for me was last weekend when a young lady who said that she was a manager got involved in our seating fiasco and she was as bad or worse than the hostesses. The only manager that I know is Stephanie and this was not Stephanie. Stephanie is an outstanding manager. It is very sad to see such a great restaurant take such a huge downward turn in customer service.
Came here today for my 18th birthday and got to exchange fun Monty Python dialogues with the awesome waiter. Food was delicious and all the staff were nice. (And remember, the Black Knight always triumphs!)

Had dinner here last Saturday and it was excellent. Derek took great care of us, super attentive and knew the menu well. Food was generous and tasty, and the lounge after had a guy on the keyboard who fit the vibe perfectly. Clean place and just a really nice evening overall.
