Had the chicken fingers salad. You get a lot of food and the dressing is amazing. Honey mustard that is not too tangy but not too sweet. The chicken was tender and not greasy. Our server, Frank, was amazing. He was always near but never hovered. There is enough background noise that we felt comfortable talking, but not so much as to make it hard to hear each other. We'll be back soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessible.

Maddie, at the bar, provided great service and was very welcoming. My last trip here was years ago, which wasn't great. Glad they've improved and will come back!

Phillip is amazing. He took extra care and was very cute.
We have been going here to eat about 2x a month for the past 2 years. Food has always been excellent and we have always loved their homemade desserts. Tonight was different. They changed the bread on their sandwiches to store bought brioche buns that did not taste good, and didn’t seem to be fresh. Portions used to be generous, tonight they were much smaller.. We had the key lime pie and brownie for dessert. Both were not homemade. We miss the homemade pie crust that they used to make. The brownie was old and microwaved. We talked to our waitress and she said they are changing a lot of items on the menu and will be completely changing the wine menu next week. We were so disappointed about our dinner tonight. I hope these new changes are not permanent.

Our first visit to Brookwood Grill lacked customer service by our waitress. We were expecting quality customer service with this being a high end restaurant. We were a table of 10 celebrating my sister's birthday. As soon as our waitress approached us to take our drink order, she asked my brother in law were he purchased his coat. My sister responded Express and our waitress said "Oh, I just purchased the same for my boyfriend from Ross." Ok...? Then, my husband ordered a straight, double shot of Patron Tequila, no salt or lime, just straight. Once he received it, it looked cloudy and had salt like particles in it. He was showing my brother and the waitress asks without us saying anything to her, "What do you see, is there something wrong with it?" He explains and she says, "What happened is that the bar had put salt and so I poured it in another glass so it's salt residue." She offered to bring in a new pour however the new one was even cloudier and now had particles of lime. Once my husband pointed out the issue again, since he wanted a straight double shot of tequila and it should be "clear" our waitress got defensive and began to argue that the consistency was from it being shaken. At this point, my husband was not going to continue an argument as we were there celebrating with our family so he refused the drink and drank water to avoid escalating the issue and unprofessional defensiveness from our waitress. Minutes passed, my brother in law (who’s been a loyal customer of Brookwood Grill) asked her if she could please bring out the croissants that are usually brought in the beginning, and her response was that they don't bring bread out until it's requested. For our party of 10, we received 2 plates of bread, and when we requested another order our waitress said "yes, the additional orders of bread are $4." Overall, the croissants were delicious, generous portions of food, but the customer service made us not want to be repeat customers. Please train your staff to deliver quality customer service especially if you're going to market your restaurant as a quality, high end restaurant.
