Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Yesterday I received the wrong cake-

Every time I order from Brusters I have a problem with the order.

Previous times I used online ordering- it wasn’t made in time for requested pick up.

Another time it wasn’t decorated in time for pick up.

What’s the problem??

This Bruster’s has been my favorite to go to for years. All the staff through out its time have always been so nice and the quality of the ice cream is always so good!!

I love this place the culture is amazing!! Some of the employees their work so hard and bring such good energy to the store. You can tell that they truly want to make customers happy and not just earn a paycheck. People like this is what the food service is about. They love what they do. It is amazing to see how one day the menu is very empty and then the next it is full. Truly shows the people in the back work hard. They always have cool flavors and make them with excellence. The store is falling apart and the management can be poor at times. It isnt always clean and the ice cream can be soggy but some of the employees make up for it. These people are special. Truly chasing the American dream

Spending a hot summer evening at Bruster’s with my family was a treat. We enjoyed homemade delicious ice cream with a wide variety of flavours. The attentive and good service made it an unforgettable experience.

Overall not a good product. The ice cream in a quart to go and in Blast were too soft and melted to a soup. Haven’t been in years and disappointed with the experience for the high price.

By far the worst Brewsters location around. I have given it more than 5 visits before giving this review. They are consistently out of ice cream flavors, the sundaes are sub par and the service is very slow. The last time I tried this location they had 4 flavors to choose from and after choosing my 3rd ice cream flavor for my sundae, they came back to tell me they didn’t have whipped cream either. This is at no fault to the staff and kids working there, whoever owns this location is should consider selling. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15-20 min to another location. Trust me it’s worth it

What is going on here 😂. This place is atrocious!!!! Came this evening and they were out of everything except chocolate and 2 other flavors. My husband ordered a hot fudge Sunday (out of vanilla) so he orders turtle one of the only remaining flavors and they give him chocolate instead and hand it to him and say sorry we’re also out of whip cream. Legit out of everything. Somebody please send the owner to the Bruster’s in woodstock to see how an establishment should be ran.

Three kids, one kid outside talking to the three kids. No acknowledgment to the customer, the outside kid had to tell the three kids about me. Every ice cream there is practically liquid and not solid. I got a refund and had to go back because they didn’t even count my change correctly. I would not recommend this place unless you want a milkshake.

I love coming here often here multiple times a week im always greeted with a smile and staff is quick and efficient and the ice cream is amazingggg best ice cream ive had by far

This Brusters is my favorite ice cream place to go to! Their ice cream is very fresh and their staff is very kind! Definitely recommend going here for the best ice cream!!!

Omg! We love Bruster’s very much. The ice cream is spot on and taste like the flavors say. Today we called trying to ask what full flavor list was. Call after call we only heard the automated voice. We are potential customers and this makes me very very disappointed. In a separate incident we got a cake and asked them to write happy birthday Willam. The cake turned out to just say happy birthday. Very disappointed Brusters

The ice cream is amazing! However on a Friday night 9pm there was only 1 employee working, Bless her heart she was running all over the place. Sorry but this is unacceptable.

Disaster!! Two clueless teenagers working, writing orders down on napkins blowing all over the inside of the store.. my order was made incorrect first they come out with one scoop when I ordered a two scope cup then they threw another scoop on top of it and it look like nothing and one of the flavors was wrong

The ice cream may be good but it’s very frustrating when ordering with the sun blazing down on you. Their service windows face nearly due west, so with the afternoon sun, it’s hot and hard to order due to the sun’s reflection on the windows. They have other service windows facing south and they are shaded by trees in the parking lot but they are never used. Why not use those windows instead? You order the ice cream and it sits melting on the windowsill while the rest of your family’s order is completed. They only have two people working every time I’ve been there so I’m wondering how their business is. Service isn’t great either.
