Connor was so welcoming and polite the last time I went to eat ice-cream.

It's such a joy to see an ice cream shop with so many young people working! The atmosphere feels so lively and youthful, and the service is fantastic. I totally recommend it 100%!

Kid-friendliness: There are many delicious ice creams for children.

I’m not usually a big fan of ice cream, but this place has completely won me over! They offer a variety of flavors that I’ve never even imagined before. I’ve been trying different things from another state, and I stopped here to switch up my routine. I was absolutely blown away by the incredible flavors of these ice creams! I bet they make them in-house because they are simply delicious!

In my 70 years I have never thrown ice cream away before... until today. But the single scope cone I got tonight was so disappointing I tossed it after two licks. It was like eating melted whipped cream. If you handed it to me with my eyes closed I would have said it was an empty cake cone. I should have gone back to complain, but it was easier to just ditch it in the overflowing trash can.

I wasn't going to rate this experience, but then I saw others have complained about this same issue as well over a matter of many months. So... I won't be back... it is their only business - ice cream - and they can't get it right.

I rarely write reviews for businesses, but this was frustrating. I can’t speak to the ice cream, because we weren’t able to get any, but we had a poor customer service experience here. We showed up at 10:05pm on a Thursday and saw a line of people waiting to order. After a few minutes of us also waiting in line, a worker came to the window and said that they wouldn’t be serving anyone else because they had closed at 10. The open sign was still on and a long line was waiting. When someone pointed out that the website says 11pm, he said (with an attitude) that they knew the website was wrong. Definitely frustrating, because the corporate website as well as Google all say 11pm. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been corrected if they’re aware it is wrong. Google even says the listed times were updated by the business owner 2 weeks ago. They also let a line form and let people wait past 10pm only to then tell people they had closed. I feel like they could have given a heads up earlier or at least turned the open sign off so people weren’t waiting thinking 11pm was accurate.

You cheaped out on the cookie craze. It was plain un-tasting icecream this time. Very disappointed.

Pretty disappointed with the staff here, the last two times we were charged for the kid cones (mind you our kids are under the height limit - one is almost 2 and the other just turned 4) and we always get a quart size to go so we never just leave with kid cones. Last time we’ll be coming to this location. 1000% worth going to the Bruster’s on old MiltonFurther edit: did ask for the baby cone, actually asked for two! Twice! Thanks but no thanks

I’ve been to this location a few times now and I think today was the last time. The freezers must not be cold enough as the ice cream is wayyyy too melty/soft. Three times now on three separate occasions (even a year in between one of the visits). No complaints about service but whoever is running it doesn’t keep up with maintaining the freezers. Pretty key element when owning an ice cream shop. So you pay for expensive ice cream but get super low quality. Avoid this location.

Is this Bruster’s better than any other ice cream place? Of course. But this location is probably the worst Brusters, they’re always out of stuff and their mint chip is definitely a different recipe here than the other locations. Am I going to stop coming here? No. Am I going to keep complaining? Probably.

Google Maps says it’s open until 11pm. It’s not. Disappointing!

Waffle cone was too thin. Don’t order without a cup. Also, ice cream was not as rich. Had Chocolate Raspberry Truffle - no raspberry only chocolate flakes.

I love the ice cream and cakes. But we had poor service the evening of 5/10/23. All customers needed to wait twice as long since a girl, who was not on a break, continued to talk to her friend (left) for 45 min while boy (right) serviced the customers. He continued to ask for help but she ignored him. Ice cream was very soft that night… I imagine because the boy was doing everything.

Just opened my sons cake and here we go. Someone tell me Bruster’s is punking me, this has got to be a joke.
