This restaurant is incompetent. I waited to place my order in the drive-through line for five minutes. I finally drove away when I asked what was taking so long and the guy said that there are too many people in line inside. They are not able to take orders inside and at the drive-through at the same time. I’m done.

HORRENDOUS service, I decided to go here with my family at 9am and I was shocked to see that the workers don’t attend to customers and don’t seem to care if they have customers or not. The workers today (02/04) showed no importance to the customer service. Workers are supposed to attend to the needs of the customers but these workers did not seem to care‼️‼️ I do NOT recommend going to this location if you don’t want terrible customer service

Went today 02/03 at 1pm, ordered through drive thru and service was TERRIBLE workers were useless I might as well have gone to Whataburger or McDonald’s

Ordered and asked specifically if the burger had onions on it and they said no. I asked for NO ONIONS! Well , I got onions on all layers, didn't ask for a drink pepper bit that's what I got. Didn't realize until I got home.....

Waited 10 minutes at drivethru on12/24.
When I spoke into mic to see if it was working properly, I was told to wait or go somewhere else.

The drive through person just kept saying she can’t take our order, then made us go around to the pick up window. When we finally got to the pickup window, she said we have to go inside because her system is down? I think she just didn’t want to take our order.

This place is inconsistent and dysfunctional. Sometimes driving through they say they no longer offer an item on the menu (ex. Value cheeseburger). Next time I come back it’s still there and can order it. Most recently we ordered burgers and they were out of hamburger buns and didn’t tell us. They just decided to put them on sandwich bread. Crazy. Some of the employees are poorly trained too and can barely take an order in the drive thru. Outside all the issues, BK is incredibly overpriced with their combo items.

I like Burger King food for lunch. But this Burger King has had various problems in recent times including incompetent and or poorly trained front counter staff. In my 2nd visit in less than a week, they have had No Ice so only warm soda is available. I am find that the store owner is aware but if so, he must be clueless. I will not return to this Burger King.

Went to the drive thru today and the guy taking our order was extremely rude. No greeting or welcome, just “what can I get you.” Then I start ordering the most simple order and he SIGHS through the speaker as if it’s the most complicated thing ever. We didn’t even bother finishing our order. We left after that because I don’t have the time for the attitude today. Plus the restaurant was dirty and had trash everywhere.
