Captain D's has evolved from a fish and chips chain in the 80's into a place with many seafood options. From wild caught salmon to farm raised tilapia, both are grilled with several seasoning options(original, blackened, and lemon pepper). They have the fried shrimp, clams, and the fish they are traditionally known for, which is wild caught pollock (mild, white, flaky).
