One Star I walked into Cava on Crossville Road and was only the second person in line. I asked about a bowl that used to be on the menu—something that was a staple until recently. The staff member had no idea what I was talking about. I even showed her descriptions and ingredients. She shrugged. That was it.
No help. No guidance. No effort.
I stepped aside to look at the updated menu, and by the time I turned around, there were 12–15 people in line. I lost my spot and my lunch.
If your menu has changed that dramatically, your team should be trained to help customers navigate those changes. This is a restaurant that promotes health and customization—but without any commitment to customer service. That’s a shame.

I ordered a spicy green falafel bowl order to pickup almost around closing time. I only got 2 falafel with sauces thrown on top of my bowl. Hard to tell if I was given all the sauces or not. It tastes awful after I mixed everything. I am never going this cava location again. Worst service!! I have a rewards program with them and pretty loyal customer but I feel like the quality is it going down. I need to rethink my choices.. after all moe’s is still good

Loved my experience! Recently, it seems difficult to find good quality service where the employees seem like they are happy to help. The lunch staff on 12/13/24 around 2/2:30pm was PHENOMENAL. Everyone was patient, caring, and smiling! Competitors should take note!

First time, 20.00 for a small bowl and a small drink. Food is ok, not the best. No greeting or any help. No recommendations. Bowl review, lettuce looks pretty old. Very small portion.

After not being in Cava for a while, my daughter and I recently revisited this location and really enjoyed and appreciated the service and experience. This location used to have some staffing challenges but it seems they have made some great progress. Since our last visit. Natalie provided us with great service and even helped me avoid getting anything too spicy. Super yummy. I love that it’s a healthy, quick option. Glad we went back and will go again for sure!
