Came for my birthday with a party of seven. Service was wonderful, and the food was incredible. The rice was so yummy and so was the bread. They were super accommodating of our party, and made my birthday extra special.

Our server Amit welcomed us so warmly. Loved the flavors and great vegetarian selection. I do wish it was clearly labeled. Loved their Sherin rice and cauliflower. Their fries are also very yummy. I had the Persian tea which was great for lunch. We sat on the patio. Wonderful atmosphere and perfect fall day to sit outdoors. Parking is a challenge but there is a parking lot near by.

I've been here a few times and unfortunately my most recent visit was not the best. Everything started out great. Prompt, friendly service, apps arrived quickly. We put in our main course orders and over an hour later we're still waiting to be served. On top of that, our server kind of disappeared, never checking on us or informing us of the delay. I'm guessing there was a mistake placing our order as we saw other patrons come and go. When the food finally arrived, mostly tasty although some of the rice sides were overcooked. Not sure what was happening during this visit but my experience was not good.

Amazing food, amazing service. The food was extremely delicious. Everyone in our group of 5 enjoyed their meals. The baklava ice cream sandwich.... wowwwwwww!!!! Out of this world! The service provided was the best I ever received in a long time. Vail was absolutely amazing, I hope I spelt her name correctly. If you have not been to Chelo, you are simply missing out!

First time visiting this Persian Restaurant in Roswell. Very limited parking including limited Valet parking. Food is Great. Thats about that. Service is very poor. I tried their Cocktails which had nothing special and tasted like pure spirit. Asked the young manager to take it off my tab, politeness goes off the window, he started acting rude and that was it for me. Customer service is ZERO. Nothing good but the food period.

We’ve ordered from Chelo before and usually enjoyed it, but this time was disappointing. We ordered ghormeh sabzi, rice, and dill labneh with lamb. The ghormeh sabzi never came (leaving the rice useless), and hummus was sent instead of labneh.
When I called, I was told they were out of ghormeh sabzi and couldn’t reach me, and they apologized for the hummus mistake. I was assured the GM would call the next day since I was still charged, but two days later there’s been no follow-up.
Mistakes happen, but how a restaurant responds shows how they value customers. The food can be good, but the service and follow-through here were disappointing.
