Outstanding Service at Town Center Roswell Chick-fil-A!
I have to share my incredibly positive experience at the Chick-fil-A located at Town Center in Roswell, GA, this morning. The manager, Ziad, and his entire team were absolutely awesome.
My group and I placed a large custom, somewhat difficult order for our team, and they handled it with remarkable professionalism and respect. Despite the complexity, the order was prepared perfectly—it was correct, fresh, and delicious, exactly how Chick-fil-A is supposed to be.
Thank you, Ziad and team, for going above and beyond to provide excellent service and a fantastic meal! We truly appreciate your hard work.

Used to go to this location weekly. Then they refused to take my order in drive thru because it was pickup only. I will never return here since all the other restaurants on this street will gladly take my order without any issues.

Idk how the staff manage to work so effectively to get everyone through the drive thru...even in the pouring rain they assist with kindness and smiles 😄😄 Y'all are amazing!

Very disappointed to see this location has changed the drive thru to one drive thru lane and the other lane is completely dedicated to mobile orders. The mobile order line is empty, and we have to wait twice as long in the drive thru lane. I get it that they’re probably trying to get us all to use the mobile app, but it just seems like punishment for the drive-through folks.

I pull up....of course I paid no attention to the drive thru signs Which they must of changed since I was there last Saturday. Im just sitting in the wrong lane and 2 employees are standing there looking at me. They didn't bother to say anything I sat for like 2 minutes. There were no cars behind me So I finally let my window down and he tells me im in the wrong lane, so I ask you can't take my order ? He says no You will have to drive around. So I go to the drive thru window and ask for the manager and explain what happened.
I did start off telling him it was my fault but I couldn't understand why it was 2 people there with NO cars in line and neither one could assist me.
He said it was a new policy In return he said I can take your order But if it happens again I won't be able to do it....lol
So I said you know what I don't want you to take it and I won't be back.
Mind you i was at another chick fila and I saw a man do the same thing I did ---'GUESS what the employee took his order without a problem.
Lesson learned stick to my side of town because these children dont know what customer service is.

Best Chick-fil-A! The excellent customer service combined with consistent high quality of their food is unmatched. The standard bearer for the brand. There is another C-F-A closer but I choose this one! 🫶
This should be a crime. The chicken patty doesn't even fill the bun. I'd like a refund for this sorry $5 sandwich.
