If the dining room is temporarily closed, at least put resources towards speeding up the drive thru. Service is incredibly slow. Apparently the dining is closed due to numerous employees leaving to go to a new location.

Terrible experience. Worst location I've ever been to, as of 2/21/25 the inside dining area is closed, sure no problem but even though I went inside and wanted my food togo they stated they couldn't serve me. Nothing was apparently wrong with the inside dining area and infact many employees were sitting at the tables eating so why can't I get my food togo? What a waste of time and seems to have lazy employees.

Have been coming to this chik fil a for years. All reviews about service dropping off are entirely accurate. Had to see it first hand to believe it. Line was a mess, not told which car to follow. Had 7-8 orders go to cars behind me. Will not be going back until new ownership or management gets this sorted out. This place used to be the best.

About two weeks ago, this location seems to have had a complete turnover in the staff working in the morning. What used to be an efficient quick drive-through experience has turned in to an inefficient mess. Maybe after a few more weeks the new staff will be able to get things moving better, but for now it is taking an extremely long time to get through here in the morning.

Ever since the old management left this place is drastically not the same. The dining room has been closed for a couple of weeks because they don't have proper staff for it and the drive-thru lines are very long, once again don't have it stuffed correctly. Honestly instead of seeing the six people standing outside taking my order I would actually rather see some of them inside running the food out to the cars. They still need a lot of help. These issues should have been mostly resolved at this point but it is not getting any better. This used to be my favorite location

The store is now a disaster. 25 minutes to pick up lunch through the drive-thru. The food is cold and the fries are burned. Used to be the best location around but today will be my last trip here. Employees come off lazy and Confused. Corporate you've made this location terrible

Used to be the best Chick-fil-A. Now the service is beyond slow, they forget items, and the fries are consistently burnt. So sad! I go to this location multiple times a week. I’ll be driving to the other one until they get things figured out.

Saturday morning breakfast before work (7:20-7:30) used to take maybe seven minutes because I order ahead. Last two times I've been they're disorganized with lengthy wait times despite being a normally slow time. They have about a million people inside but are only offering drive-thru and no one seems to know what's going on....

I hate that the old owner moved on and is no longer there. Under the new ownership, I heard it’s now corporate owned, they close at 7 PM with no signs or notice. The interior is closed, even though they just remodeled with the previous owner. Unfortunately, we won’t be frequenting this Chick-fil-A anymore. This used to be our go to stop on the way home from sporting events and school activities. The old ownership really embodied what Chick-fil-A used to stand for. If this truly is corporate owned, they are really missing the mark at this store.

This is not the first time, I've had a complaint about the management of this location. While I don't have an issue with any company employing younger workers, I do have an issue with bad management. In going through the drive through today during the lunch hour, they had a large staff outside working. As I was pulling up to give my order to an associate, I can only assume that a manager came up who was troubleshooting a technology issue, and decided to educate the employee taking my order about what to do if the tech issue came up again. For the record, training and learning are important, but to stop someone from taking orders, who's device was working fine, to tell them what they learned, is bad timing. When I was able to give my order, I said: "I want 2 large fries, I paused, I want 1 large Mac & Cheese, I paused, I want a large lemonade, I paused, and I want a large 12 count w/a coke". After paying, I was not told which car to follow, but kept moving due to the high volume of cars in the line. The line itself was in slow motion, with a car "parked" at the beginning of the line by the pickup window. But to the staffs credit, they were walking orders to cars behind the one at the front of the line. When I got my order, I did not have time to validate that it was correct and unfortunately drove off to get back to work. When I looked at what I was given, I was charged for 2 large fries, I only got one medium fry. I got the Mac & Cheese, and my nuggets along with 2 medium drinks. And again, I want to emphasize that I paused after each statement, only to end up with an incorrect order! Again, I don't care what type of employees a company hires, but I do care about unprofessional managers. This is the closest Chic-Fil-A to my home, and as someone who lives near it, I can tell you that over the years, it's gotten to the point that it is HIGHLY unpredictable. The fact that they can have a "small army" of people working the line, and still get peoples orders wrong... I don't know why I keep going back! Chic-Fil-A used to have a reputation as the best at fast food service. This location does NOT live up to that. Management needs to ensure that they are training people correctly and workers need to be focused on the job at hand rather than discussing training opportunities during the rush hour!

Update: Didn’t know management had changed. I’ve gone back a few times since this review…and it hasn’t gotten any better. Understand they have been training some new employees, but at some point this should be going faster.

Something was way off this morning with this location, but this chick fil a is usually the gold standard when it comes to food and speediness…for anyone who went here for the first time today, this is not how it typically is.

The dining room is closed without notice. They are still accepting orders on the app even though they closed at 7pm. And yeah, they changed their hours but the new info cannot be found anywhere.

Ever since they changed out the employees in the whole store, the customer service has gone down. the Drive-Thru is a hot mess. It takes forever to order and goes extremely slow .the old staff was a well-oiled machine and kept things in order... In this drive-thru. They're slow. They don't tell people who to follow in line and are unapologetic about it
