I just ordered the strawberry milkshake, and unfortunately it missed the mark for me. It tasted more like sweet cream than strawberry, with barely any real strawberry flavor. I was hoping for something fruitier, more like strawberries šŸ“.

I truly don’t want to give a bad review, but after months of hoping it was just a management change/new employee training it is still some of the worst service (in kindness and in efficiency) I’ve experienced at a CFA. This used to be the most efficient location around and I’d go out of my way to stop by because I knew it would be fast and the food would be fresh, now I will intentionally go out of my way to other locations because even during ā€œslowā€ times I’m easily waiting 10–15 min in the drive thru, the employees are rude, and the management doesn’t seem to care about the obvious and drastic decline. When my order is right, the food has been good, but I could drive 15 min down the road and be in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 min even during a rush. Hope some improvement starts happening soon.

Just left the drive thru. I was missing a dressing in the bag and I asked for a Coke no ice and the ice was packed to the top. I called the number to the store location to speak to a manager and every time it hung up on me. Really disappointing. I thought Chick-fil-A was one of the reliable drive thru’s. Guess not at the Roswell location.

New update. 9/24/25 I just went through the drive thru again and the service was very disappointing. I asked for a large Coke Zero no ice and it was packed to the top with ice. Also, they forgot to put 2 sides of pickles in the bag. This time I was a little smarter and checked the bag before leaving the drive thru which I highly recommend everyone do. It seems to me that the employees just don’t care because when it happens once, you chalk it up to a mistake. When it continues to happen there’s a problem that management needs to take care of. I’ve always prided Chick fil A on having great service. The service at this location is getting worse. Too bad.

I rarely leave a review but today is it! Is the new managers of this location on Woodstock rd reading these reviews? This place has went downhill! The service is slow. Especially for a mobile order. My items are always wrong despite me putting in a mobile order. This morning a little after 6 place had one car in the drive through got my order pulled off went to work just to see the chicken biscuit is a spicey one. I did not select spicey! I even called the 800 a month or so ago to give my honest opinion and feedback…even the 800 customer service are rude and lax. Representative asked would I like a call back regarding my experience I said yes…guess what NO ONE CALLED ME! No way around it! This location is just downhill!

I have my 1 year old in car and do not appreciate staff yelling in my face when I rolled the window down. She got ugly with me and now I have a migraine as I have a medical condition with pain pump in me. Then your store manager was rude and I had to lock my door for our safety. He was rude because I didn’t move because I didn’t want to hit the car in front of me. My little daughter had too see all of this

Sarah and other employees at this location are horrible at taking orders. Never gets the order right and we get others orders. Then they look at tablets as we say four times what we want and still don’t know. You ask for sauce and still don’t get any box of someone’s else’s food. Now their app doesn’t work. Says we do not deliver too address. Fix your problems please.someone orders a large chick-fil-A large meal and gets medium meal and even the receipt says large.

Do not order from this Chick-fil-a if you actually want all of the items you pay for!!!! The only reason we even attempt to patronize this location is because the next closest location is 15 minutes down the road.

We order via the mobile app and 4 out of the last 5 times my order has been wrong. Tonight they did not give us the nuggets we were charged for and the previous time it was the fries that were missing.

We are a family of 4 and always use the app so these orders are not overly complicated yet somehow they consistently find a way to drop the ball. It is beyond comical at this point and I cannot even report the missing items from tonight's debacle through the mobile app because it happens so frequently that my account has likely been flagged. I guess I will start pulling over and fully inspecting every item since the employees at this location cannot be trusted to give me everything I have paid for. One day I hope Google will update their rating system so I can give them the 0/5 stars they deserve!!!!!!

Used to be my go to chickfila.. for years.. over a decade. Most mornings on way to work. Ever since the owner changed from paul to whatever it is now it became a mess. The wait times are terrible. Only one line open in drivethru.. line wraps building. Orders wrong.. food cold.. all of it.. nothing good. Im moving down to the holcomb bridge one this one is garbage now
