I visit this location from time to time. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been amazing. What really stands out, though, is Ryan. Even during moments when the employees have a chance to breathe, he’s always looking for ways to help. Whether it's grabbing trays after guests leave, preparing bags to be filled, or ensuring his apron is stocked with utensils for tray deliveries, he’s always on top of things. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job, and that kind of energy makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!

I recently had the privilege of working with Chicken Salad Chick in Roswell to cater a last-minute celebration of life for my father-in-law, and I can't recommend them enough. From the very first call, the manager (Caroline, I believe) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during a difficult time. The team was so understanding, patient, and compassionate as we worked through the logistics with little time to spare.
Not only did they prepare a very last minute catered meal, but they also ensured that every detail was handled with care—from food presentation to having everything prepared for us to pick up on our way to the ceremony. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and many guests commented on how delicious and well-prepared everything was.
What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the team. They were flexible, reliable, and made the entire process smooth, despite the short notice. It made an incredibly stressful day much easier to manage, and I’m so grateful for their exceptional service.
Thank you again, Caroline, for turning an emotional and challenging occasion into a meaningful and memorable experience. You truly went the extra mile, and our family will forever be thankful for your kindness.

Google hours are wrong.

I like the chain, but not this location.
I regularly get gristle/fat in my chicken salads here, and that rarely happens at other locations I’ve been to. That, and the consistency of flavor is not as good here, indicating a lack of uniform preparation.

My son and I stopped for lunch. It was my first time and I was excited when looking at all the choices. We both ordered sandwiches meal. I got soup and he got another scoop. I ordered the chicken salad with grape(s) it only had One for the whole sandwich. He had two different salads, He wanted to take his back but he is a diabetic and needed to eat, The reason I rate the service at a 2 is even though I told the young lady that took our order, the seasoned employee standing next to her answered, well that is because how the chicken salad was made. I replied- ok so because it is made in a large container and minimal grapes? She said yes and turned her back to me. Son and I can make our own for that price. I don't think I will return. For the restaurant to be so nice...

I ordered takeout on Friday through the website and my order was supposed to be ready at 12:50. There was a large group of people waiting at the pickup window so I stood and waited. They were clearly understaffed and had a line out the door. When I finally waved a staff member down about 15 minutes after my order time, they found my ticket and put it in. My order was not handed to me until 1:30 - 40 minutes after my pickup time. Meanwhile everyone who was in line was seated and being served. This was not an issue specific to me - everyone with takeout orders had to wait because the staff was not properly prioritizing them and there were no apologies. Bad service experience that left many people frustrated. One of the women waiting left without her order.

What a lovely place! The food is fabulous as was the service and the layout was just what it should be for a place with great chicken salad and all the accoutrements! Top it off with my favorite little cookie and good service and I'd say that's a a++
