I recently had the privilege of working with Chicken Salad Chick in Roswell to cater a last-minute celebration of life for my father-in-law, and I can't recommend them enough. From the very first call, the manager (Caroline, I believe) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during a difficult time. I like the chain, but not this location.
I regularly get gristle/fat in my chicken salads here, and that rarely happens at other locations I’ve been to. That, and the consistency of flavor is not as good here, indicating a lack of uniform preparation.
