Those location is so bad ! The lines are crazy because they only have like 2-3 people working all the time . On top of that their counters are always dirty . Their cooks can barely keep up with stocking up food . The cooks counter is so dirty as well . Always has dirty trays on it .

Rushed service, significantly reduced portions, defensive rude manager.

Location allows smoking in the outside area and by the main entryway.

Heavy loitering and vulgar language, not family friendly.

Non beneficial follow up by management, requesting to restate concerns previously shared. Creating more friction and work for customers, instead of improving the customer experience.

I usually try not to leave bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary. I know that chipotle will be hit and miss sometimes, but the bowl that I had today had absolutely NO flavor. I have never in my life had a bowl where everything was extremely bland. Even with the three sauces on top of the rice and chicken the food had no taste.

Its like this location is trying to speed run how to go out of buisness. They were out of half the food, but still expect you to pay full price. And the portions have gotten smaller and smaller and the price keeps going up. Doubt ill ever go back after my last experience.

Location is terrible , employees aren’t properly trained and could care less about refilling food , gives you half the portion you’d normally get , terrible

Kitchen manager, Elijah, and service manager, Logan, watched the new line member struggle to keep up while several customers waited 20+ mins for service. Elijah just walked back and forth on a personal casual call as Logan stood by watching until it was finally my turn in line and I asked for their names. They were not waiting food to be cooked or helping to clean. They weren't doing anything productive to help in the moment. There is no excuse.

Had a very rude employee today, not usually the one to leave reviews because I worked in the food industry for 3 years but she was just nasty for no reason. Then after making my bowl I went to pay and she asked me three times very aggressively if I scanned my rewards app after me answering twice. I don’t understand if you hate your job just quit instead of taking it out on innocent customers. Shorter girl with black hair and peircings.

Shoutout to the manager Guillermo who helped me today — truly amazing service. My bowl had an issue with the queso, and he immediately stepped in, remade my bowl from scratch himself, and even gave me a complimentary side with the queso on the side to make it right. He was so kind, professional, and had the brightest smile.

It was his last day at the Alpharetta location, but he still went above and beyond. He’s moving to the Midtown location, and they’re lucky to have him. Definitely go see him there!

Everything is delicious, except that every single time we order chips they are always extremely stale and taste like they have been there for over a month. So please for the price everything cost there at least have fresh chips every day is not that hard I worked in a Mexican restaurant for two years and we made fresh chips every day so I know you guys are just being lazy. We gave 6 chances but I got tired of paying for stale chips so please fix the problem and I’ll remove this post.
