The staff here is very kind and helpful! We have only ever gotten their frozen meals/meal plans but they are very filling and usually quite tasty! They are very convenient if you are a busy person and even cost less than a lot of the online meal prep companies!

Love picking up my meal plans from here! This place saves me time and money and keeps my nutrition in check. It is the ultimate busy mom hack for me and my weightlifting son. I like to order lunch here when I am running around. It’s less than most quick serve places and doesn’t leave me feeling gross. Try the Cuban flatbread or a wrap. This is a good spot for working lunches as well with ample free WiFi.

The food was pretty good… build your own bowl - the sauces and ingredients don’t really match up. Both of us felt like we’d made the best choices with what was offered! The portions are good though! I brought half of my salmon (which was tasty!) home! And the shrimp was a lot of shrimp in the large size! Mac & Cheese was very good!!!

It makes healthy eating so easy, especially on busy days. The staff is friendly and consistent, and the meals help me stay on track with my goals.
