Cold Stone Creamery

Just made a quick stop into cold stone and I was helped by Caylyn! It was a complicated order ahead of man, but she was able to handle both of our orders in a timely fashion and with a smile. The store was clean and the ice cream was fresh! Great trip!

Do not go to this location. Frankly the staff was ride and lazy. There were three girls and one boy. Two of the girls were just standing there not doing a thing. After we got our ice cream we decided to eat it outside. We had a great view of them not washing there hands before they made food, being on there phones in front of there customers, not wearing gloves, not wearing a hat and completely ignoring a guest trying to get there attention. These employees need to be retrained on proper protocols.

Guys, at a bare minimum I expect your ice cream to be frozen not creamy. Not sure how you managed to have mostly melted ice cream to serve.

Picked up the smallest ice cream cake they had for $35. What a rip off! Very bland ice cream. And no cookie dough throughout the cake. Just go to Publix.

Amazing Experience at Cold Stone Creamery!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit to Cold Stone Creamery. My son, who is a very picky eater, was having a really bad day, and I just wanted to do something small to cheer him up. The three ladies working that day went above and beyond to make sure he left with a smile. They were incredibly patient with him as he struggled to pick a flavor, and when he changed his mind after the first choice, they happily switched it out without hesitation.

It may have seemed like a small gesture, but to a parent, it meant the world to see his mood completely turn around. Their kindness and patience truly made our day. This location is always great, but these three ladies made it exceptional. We need more people like them! I’ll definitely be back.

Usually good, but this time was a failure. It was apparent the girl helping us was new but she needs more training. The first dish she made was shorted on ice cream because the bin was getting low and she was having a hard time scooping it out so she gave up. Then she barely mixed the ingredients up and served it with no spoon. For the second one, she barely mixed the ingredients and then spilled it all over the side of the cup trying to get it in the dish. I thought for sure she would wipe it off before handing it to me, but sadly she did not. The manager was at the counter the entire time but not paying attention to what our server was doing. I recommend they keep a better eye on new employees before they let them ruin their reputation.

Was there last night Sunday 2/4/24 and the girl with glasses was the only one there making a deluge of orders. Despite that she somehow made them all, and maintained such a high degree of composure and professionalism in a situation where most other people would have clocked out and ran out the door screaming. ? That's high quality personnel this woman is destined for great things in life. ?????

We went in on October 26, 2023 at like 7pm. I wish I had gotten their names because the two ladies in there were EXTREMELY helpful. They were so nice, knowledgeable, and patient! My husband and I were so impressed. We’ll be back!

excellent ice cream

This is the 3rd time my order is wrong. I let it go the 1st 2 times but it's getting ridiculous. Receipt clearly states waffle CONE. Got a bowl. With no spoon. And chocolate shavings are missing. And literally the ice cream is more than half missing the love it size!! I have pictures if you woukd like. Do you just not care?

Always a clean store and overall pleasant environment. The best ice cream hands down!!
