The hamburgers were better than I remembered with a nice chargrill flavor. The person waiting on us (inside) was very gracious.
Worst service ever, if you order online they don’t tell you the kitchen closes early and then they tell you you need to come back other day to ask for refund

Just came from Dairy Queen, which I always come to this one and the experience of customer service. It’s just horrible every single time they always want you to pull up. You may not have time to pull up or that’s the point of fast food. You wanna go there and get your food and be gone, so I’m sitting there and I’m telling him like no I’m not going to pull up so the young man lets me know that he’s trying to get everybody else out of there and clear the line. OK this is the same route young man that I always run into so they here comes a supposed to be manager, comes to the window and continues to start yelling , he give me back a refund he don’t care I said OK that’s fine. You can give me back. My refund throws me the five dollars and let me know I can keep the drink and Sunday so I’ll politely pass right back to him. Then he rudely gave me the rest of my change and close the window. I love Dairy Queen, but I cannot deal with the customer service. I will no longer go there and I eat there just about every day over it.

Dairy Queen's menu is the same across the country. What makes one location stand above the rest is the service. If a client does not ask for ketchup, the least you can do as the person working the drive thru is ask if they would like ketchup. No one likes driving off just to find out that there's no ketchup for your fries or onion rings. And if the driver rolls down the back window to show you his dog, why wouldn't you offer a pup up??? This was a very disappointing visit

This branch needs a lot of help. It always appears closed even when it is open. Forget getting there close to closing time, the employees close the store up to 30 mins early. DQ should take notice and have their name removed from this franchise until they clean up their act.

I walked into the Roswell - Alpharetta Street location. Staff didn’t greet me. There was a lady in the kitchen. A guy at the window. I could hear someone making a blizzard. Someone was sitting at a table with their back to the front register. The lady in the kitchen and guy at the window looked at me but didn’t say anything.
Ordered a blizzard for the second time in the past 30 days. All 4 of them were runny and gross. Much better at Sonic.
