Not often I eat at dairy queen but when I do it's usually subpar. This dairy queen on the other hand is much different. Food cooked to order and staff is very friendly. Been here twice now and both times great. Customers can be annoying as most are old and have nothing better to do that try and get a refund on they're correctly made order.
Went through drivethru. Asked to park in 'handicap' spot to wait. Delivered my order to wrong vehicle. Put my fish sandwich and then fries into their smallest bag. Which then made getting to sandwich impossible without taking out fries on cold day ? ?
Food is good. Service is not great at all. The one who took our order inside the store preferred to play on her phone than listen to our order. (She was either on FaceTime or watching a TV show). No wonder our orders were incorrect. The one taking order on drive through was also on his phone. Guess work ethics are in the past. It’s pure laziness and kids these days think they are entitled.
