Disgusting and unsanitary employees. Came at 11:25pm to pick up my order. Sat in the parking lot for 5 mins waiting on my food to finish. I look up and see both of the guys making the food wait until the delivery driver leaves to come outside 3-4 times and walk around the side of the building then back in the store.What’s disgusting is the one kid who had on gloves goes in the store and grabs pizza dough.No hand washing, no change the gloves, just straight in, pick up dough, and starts doing something with it. Seconds later, he comes back outside and goes back on the side of the building where the other guy is, then back in the store.I walk in to grab my order, when the other guy comes in, laughs at and with the first guy, walks to the back and grabs a bin of cheese, and he doesn’t wash his hands either.I tell the dude to cancel the order cause they been back and forth outside and didn’t wash his hands nor change his gloves so I didn’t trust eating from there. He tells me, oh, my food was made before he did that and I have a free pizza. I told him he can cancel it the other items and refund my points, and pointed to the dude with the cheese behind and said he just came in and playing with the cheese and didn’t wash his hands either.Keep in mind, besides the pizza, the other food items I ordered weren’t free. Regardless, playing around with people’s food, especially, the ones with kids and thinking it’s funny or okay, is a serious matter. Yes, I get it…stuff happens and people don’t always use proper sanitary measures when dealing with food, but to look at me each time you come outsides, and still conduct this behavior in front of a person, it paints a whole new perspective of what they do when nobody is watching.This was my go to location, but never again.Parking: I recommend not eating here.

I ordered a pineapple toppings Pizza.. (Yes, I do like Pineapple toppings on a pizza). Probably one of the best Dominos pizza I’ve had.The service was extremely prompt and the person in the cashier was nice to add a one item or chocolate lava cake, for my daughter.Extremely good service. Have been ordering pizza from this center now.

Started a while ago ordered got phone call we don't have a driver sorry. Called next night checked they had a driver ordered without a issue earned an emergency pizza to find out there's $17 minimum order fee which I didn't have. Next night I had it so ordered took forever as I waited the front of Economy Hotel just for the driver went to my room fortunately roommates had the money. Got 80 pts for the trouble now tonight I use my pts made a $40 order few minutes later my order was canceled so I called who ever answered said yea we don't go to that address sorry about you luck and points you should live somewhere else and hung up the phone. I called back they answered I said hello "it's him" hung up again. Sorry only place I can afford but thank goodness for Pizza Hut had the right order and was there in no time. I will file a formal complaint with Dominos corporate not only the horrible customer service they stole my points. Stay clear of this location worst service I've ever had in 56 years.

Ordered delivery for a Dominos pizza tonight in Roswell and it has taken 2 hours and no pizza yet. Dumb idea on my part. Last time I ordered delivery from them was a disaster and we had to charge back the credit card charge as the pizza was never delivered. Seems like nothing has improved which is sad. Avoid them if you want any sort of timely delivery. Use something local.

I picked up my order from the store today and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had there! I will not be going back. I went to pick up my order and the guy was working by himself, so I tried to be patient. I waited while he made about 5 pizzas and put them in the oven and boxed up about 4 items before pointing out that my order was ready and already paid for - he just needed to hand it to me (which would take all but 30 seconds). He gave me a stern, frustrated look and pointed out that he was by himself and can’t I be patient. Frustrating when all he had to do was hand it to me. I waited a while longer, maybe a total of 10 to 15 minutes in all for something that should have taken 30 seconds. Then a girl he knows walks in, and within one minute, he stops what he’s doing and hands her a pizza (didn’t have to ask her name so I know he knew her), and THEN, ONLY THEN, did he ask my name and give me my pizza! Horrible customer service!!! Never going back to that location! Having 1 person working is on the store, but the horrible service was all on him!

About the best pizza value anywhere. They have the most locations and have well trained staff! Hot and fresh to your door at midnight! Tip those delivery drivers or soon there will be none left.

Awful experience. Called to check on a pizza that was 45 minutes beyond the scheduled delivery. Monte told me it was the lunch rush (at 3pm on a weekday) my pizza was still at the store and would be another 30 minutes before it would leave for delivery. I cancelled the order, called Johny’s NY Pizza and got the same order for $5 less.

Terrible customer service. If you have a choice to go to another Domino's nearby, go to the other location. They may cancel your order just because and because it is locally owned, Domino's Corporate will refer you to the location's management, who will not contact you to rectify anything.
