I’ve been here a few times. It’s not completely gross but not overly enjoyable. I called today, it’s Thanksgiving morning, to see if they were open (online it says “some locations” are open but doesn’t say which locations) just to get some breakfast before starting the festivities and some Hispanic kid rudely says “I answered the phone so obviously we’re open today” when I asked if they were open this morning. God forbid someone’s there during non-service hours. The food is already out of convenience but I’m sure this is also why their ratings are so low and there’s new kids working everytime I decide to go grab a quick bite.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for many years and it’s consistently been the best Dunkin in every Category. I believe that’s mainly because of Jose. Jose cares deeply about the customer and always gives great service with a big smile on his face.
