awful managers.

This is a lengthy review, but I believe it’s important for potential customers to be aware of the treatment they may face at this Dunkin' Donuts location, as my experience on February 21st, 2025, left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. The manager, Jose, made my visit a nightmare, and I feel it’s necessary to share what happened.
Around 9:45 AM, I went to exchange a mobile order that had been filled incorrectly. I had ordered half a dozen donuts through the mobile app: 2 strawberry sprinkle, 2 old-fashioned, 1 vanilla sprinkle, and 1 chocolate donut. Instead, I received jelly, butternut, vanilla cream, glazed, and chocolate donuts. I showed Jose my mobile order and the incorrect donuts in the box, but right away, he was dismissive of my concerns. As he made coffee for another customer, he barely looked at my order before claiming I was mistaken.
Jose insisted there were only four donuts on my mobile order (though there were six), and even though I showed him the proof on my receipt, and the half dozen donuts I received, he refused to check it. He repeatedly argued that his team would never make a mistake and said that what they give costumers is what is on the ticket, so it's impossible that my order was incorrect. It became clear he wasn’t interested in resolving the issue. He even claimed that if I returned the donuts, it would be a loss for the company, but I made it clear that wasn’t my concern. I’m a paying customer, and I simply wanted the correct order.
Eventually, he called over the young lady working the drive-thru to verify my claim. She didn’t know for sure but was ordered to prepare my correct order. The entire interaction was handled poorly. When I asked to speak with a manager, Jose told me he was the manager. I requested corporate’s contact information, but he said there was none and directed me to go online. When I asked for his last name, he refused to provide it, saying, “My name is Jose, I'm the only Jose here, I’ve been Jose since I was born in Tennessee.” When I pressed for the corporate number due to his unprofessionalism, he responded, “I don’t even answer to my wife, so why would I answer to you?” He laughed in my face and told me to “leave, get out, you’re not getting anything,” all while refusing to offer a refund or the correct order.
I left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and insulted. To top it off, he called me a "Karen". After involving the police, I was able to receive a refund, but the damage had already been done.
I reached out to the corporate office, and they contacted the district manager or owner of this facility, who assured me an investigation would be conducted. I sincerely hope the investigation results in the appropriate action. This isn’t an isolated incident — multiple Google reviews online share similar complaints about Jose’s appalling behavior toward customers.
As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I understand how challenging it can be. However, no matter the situation, it’s crucial to remain calm, professional, and respectful when handling customer concerns. Jose's behavior was the complete opposite. He is not a good representation of leadership or what a manager should be. This all could have been avoided if he looked at my receipt and took my concerns seriously, rather than dismissing them.
I have been a loyal customer of this particular Dunkin' location my entire life since I've lived here my whole life, but after the way I was treated, I will no longer step foot in this store. My family and friends have shared similar stories of poor treatment from Jose, and they too have stopped frequenting Dunkin' because of his actions. I hope the managers and owners of this location take this matter seriously, as Jose is tarnishing the Dunkin' brand and its reputation.

Used to be a great local to come and get coffee and a doughnut. Used to be welcomed to sit down and enjoy the purchase. Now, the parking lot is in desperate need of help, staff is cold and no longer invites people to sit and wnk
Joy their purchase. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the worker, and he sounded like he wanted to be anywhere else but at work. Hope management makes some changes. Would hate to see this store close.

The worst customer service ever! They gave a now hiring sign but the staff doesn’t know the email to apply. Called on Monday @3pm & the incompetent worker told me to hang up because he was with a customer. So rude & uninviting
The guy on the headset in drive thru was rude and impatient and he didn't get my order correct or give me a receipt like why was he huffing and huffing when asked to hold a second like get a new job if customer service isn't for you....this coffee doesn't have extra cream or sugar I don't usually complain but not enjoying my coffee after horrible service I had to....Do better

TBH, my coffee taste is so subtle that dunkin' is like water for me. The coffee smells bad. And super diluted. Still, I used to go there for quick coffee while having a morning walk.

I still cannot understand how DD corporate can allow some locations to ship in their donuts fresh from a commissary while other locations make theirs from frozen dough. It's so noticeably different that I can't believe there's not a big uproar about it nationwide. I equate it to going to a McDonald's and getting a normal Big Mac at one store and then getting what tastes like a microwaved gas station burger at the next instead of a consistent Big Mac from store to store. The frozen versions of the donuts are no better than a chemically-processed Honeybun from a vending machine. If you see a perfectly plump and round donut, like the standard glazed for example, there's a high chance it's frozen.
The delicious original Dunkin Donuts from when I grew up I guess is a thing of the past.

Very slow. Had to leave drive though bc they were making me late.
I am about done with this location. I'm not entirely sure what has happened over the years but this location has plummeted into the toilet. My coffees are either always watered down or just straight up milk. The last time i had an egg product there, it was green. And what happened to the bagels? They use to be the size of a football and tasted like they were baked to order. They were worth every penny. Now, in a time where ordering out is becoming too expensive for your average consumer, the bagels are smaller than an average donut and as thin as a slice of bread. Not to mention, half the time they are either burnt to a crisp or dont even get toasted with little to no cream cheese. It may seem nit picky but ive been going to dunkin my entire life, and this location just makes me rethink if its even worth choosing dunkin anymore. I know this post will fall on deaf ears but i hope with enough people refusing to purchase at this location, maybe something will change.

Terrible service. The cashier doesn't give you time to properly choose the donuts because, according to customers, they have fast-paced, dirty tables. He doesn't take the time to greet you. I've visited other stores where you don't talk to employees. They have their kiosks. I will definitely not return to this location again when you go with children.

Went in to get some drinks and a breakfast meal, I had mis placed my wallet and went to park and then walk in to continue paying for my order because that was my fault and felt bad. (6 cars in line behind me) very much a morning rush and my timeline wasn’t crunched so I decided to do that myself. I get my kid out and go inside and try to finish my order finally. I’m apologizing so much I’m embarrassed a little but really was trying to explain how it was an order for this this and this. The cashier gentleman was so so so rude. “Coulda just sat in the drive thru” “pain in his back today” all while I’m more embarrassed and apologizing tons more. I get my stuff and it’s ALL incorrect. He didn’t listen to me at all just grumpy and as fast as he could. Mind you he doesn’t seem to be apart of the quick paced drive thru at all but still treating me and my two year old as tho we are the biggest inconvenience.
Still- I say whatever I’ll gift these drinks to someone as a gift NO BIG DEAL. But I still wanted my specific drink to be honest. So I went back to my car and put in a mobile order and back thru to get my drink and now a treat for my 2 yr old.
When I tell you those ladies were so kind, working so hard, and had just apologized to me for having to do all of that. So I post this to say that if your a woman, PLEASE NEVER GO INSIDE THIS STORE. The drive thru was nice because the gals but unfortunately I’m going to be finding a new daily commute store as I think this manager/cashier/man is not treating his employees doing all the work much better.
Coffee was amazing, even after 2 orders ❤️?

Been going here regularly and the staff cannot figure out a quick system to get food in the hands of customers. They ask you to pull forward for food and you might be sitting out front for 10 minutes for a wrap. Food is good when it comes, but definitely could work on timeliness

I ordered a medium Strawberry-Dragonfruit Refresher w/ Green Tea and 1 liquid cane sugar. I also got the turkey sausage, egg and American cheese on a toasted croissant. It was so good and I thank UberEats for the delivery. The Dunkin’ Refreshers are so hydrating and packed with vitamins
