Coffee is very watered down now. I don’t know what’s happened over the last year but they have went down hill from the quality to the service. I used to frequent this location daily but the coffee, iced coffee, and cold brew has started tasting very watery. It tastes like water and cream. I will not be returning to this location. I kept coming back here and there thinking they would have corrected the issue.

I placed a mobile order and drove up to the drive thru. At the speaker box I was told to proceed to the window. I waited at the window for 8+ minutes. I honked my horn to get someone’s attention. I just left their after mobile ordering a wrap, some bagel bites two coffees and some k cups. Was told they didnt have the wraps so I got it exchanged for another option. I was not given the k cups. When I ask for the k cups the employee said "I don't know what those are" and those didnt show up on your order. Which to me is a contradiction, but I didnt have time to argue so I left.

I bought a coffee and it tasted like water with cream and sugar, not coffee. The girls who work there don't know how to prepare good coffee from Dunkin Donats. It's a shame if people go to buy a coffee at this place, it's to enjoy a good coffee. .

Horrible customer service. I tried to use my points and couldn't figure out how, guy at the counter basically said he can't touch my phone.... no one was asking him to touch my phone just to show me how to use the points. My app still took my points but I still had to pay for my food. The sandwiches were probably the worst no flavor croissants I've ever had from dunkin. He was more worried about his line than helping me because he told me listen my line is getting big. There were only two people behind me. Coffee also tasted watered down. I won't be coming back to this location and stick to the one I usually go to on Alpharetta Highway.

Food was good , timely too. However the young lady working the speaker and bringing food to the vehicles in the lot. What a horrible attitude and poor customer service skills or none at all. I’ll definitely frequent another location. Put napkins in the bag too delivering to the lot.

We came on Veterans Day for the free donut deal that they advertise on their app and website. The drive thru lady argued that today, NOV 11th, was not Veterans Day, but you couldn’t understand her so we asked to repeat herself, which is when she got a major attitude. Do not come here food looks disgusting too.
