The food is great, but for some reason they always mess up your order. The latest was ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. I got home and had 3 bacon egg and cheese.

Hi there, I love coming into the store! But there's one particular green haired employee that you guys have that isn't really customer service oriented. She has an attitude, she slams down the items that you order, and she throws the money in your hand like she doesn't want to even touch you. Overall, the last couple experiences just haven't been the great when it's come to the cashier.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I called recently because I had received the wrong drink it was not that big of an issue . I was given a drink with oat milk and I am allergic to it . It was a long line in the drive thru so I did not want to be in convenient so I gave my drink to my co worker I had my receipt still I asked if I could get my drink remade if I bring in my receipt or even a refund. The gentlemen who claimed to be the manager said to hold on and handed the phone over to another worker a female and she asked me “ what was my ethnicity “ which is beyond disrespectful and disgusting. This place is pathetic and clearly racist. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE . I have reported the to customer service and in communication with their HR TEAM.

I ordered a drink through the drive through and I don’t think the guy said two words to me. He didn’t give me my total or ask me if I wanted a receipt. He handed me my drink and walked off. I couldn’t taste the flavors I requested in my iced latte. It tasted as if I was drinking cold coffee which is disappointing because the first time I had was a couple of days ago and it was fixed perfectly. Oh & I did tip but it wasn’t worth it.

Every visit has been a positive experience. Ms. Stacey along with your staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, which makes a big difference—especially during busy mornings. On top of that, the coffee is always fresh and exactly how I order it, which keeps me coming back.

Argenell and Stacy are literally the only reasons why I come to this location. Not only do they make my drink just right, but Argenell cooks my food to perfection. No other Dunkin's food taste the way she cooks it. Minesh! Whatever you do, keep Argenell as long as you can! She is a force to be reckoned with. Literally the smiling face of this location. Oh, Krish, you're great too man!
Stacy, Argenell , and Addison are SuperFantastic! I came in with my 3 children for a snack before the long ride home after school. There level of professionalism and care was top tier. Its great to still have people that connect with you . My daughter dropped her egg on the floor by mistake and started crying. Stacy and Argenell went into action and got her another egg. Also to top it off gave my children a donut. This was a great experience! I recommend this location and the staff is great. They all require a raise because nowadays great people are hard to find in the service industry. To the owner or manager please take care of them you have so True Jems!!!!
