We just went through the drive through. 1.03.25 around 9:05 am. The order taker was cordial. The guy at the window was not friendly. Tator tots bag had 5 COLD tots. I asked for creamer and sugar at the time of the order. There was nothing in the bag. No napkins. No coffee stirrer. Coffee was very weak. Not typical Dunkin coffee that im used to. No receipt given. I won't be back at this location. Furthermore, their menu is not the same. They did not have the maple bacon croissant meal. #dunkindonuts #fastfood #breakfast #

I’m here to buy donuts When I go to cashier to buy donuts and coffee but no one’s at cashier and then I had to say hello to notify. I am in front, not the wrong with that, but the black lady in the back Go on have attitude with me why I didn’t do anything wrong so bad customer service I walk out with 2 reason 1 Bad attitude 2 not look clean

Writing a review because I placed an order through door dash. It was a personal order I was picking up and I selected drive thru option. The lady said she had the order at the speaker and to come to the window however when I got to the window she said I needed to come inside to get my order. I was pleasant and compliant like it was no problem but it kind of bothered me afterward because I think they wanted to just make things extra difficult for me and wanted to make me walk thru the rain to come inside and retrieve my order they could of just handed me.
closed when it shows it is open online and they have their “open” sign lit. It’s 5pm ..

The coffee has been tasting watered down the last 3 or so visits. Also, the paper cups are so cheaply made that the rim of the cup distorts and it's not possible to close the lid properly. I've had a couple of occasions where I go to take a drink and coffee spills on my clothes. There should be an effort to make sure that the cup is not malformed and the lid sits securely before handing the drink to the customer.
