Argenell and Stacy are literally the only reasons why I come to this location. Not only do they make my drink just right, but Argenell cooks my food to perfection. No other Dunkin's food taste the way she cooks it. Minesh! Whatever you do, keep Argenell as long as you can! She is a force to be reckoned with. Literally the smiling face of this location. Oh, Krish, you're great too man!
Stacy, Argenell , and Addison are SuperFantastic! I came in with my 3 children for a snack before the long ride home after school. There level of professionalism and care was top tier. Its great to still have people that connect with you . My daughter dropped her egg on the floor by mistake and started crying. Stacy and Argenell went into action and got her another egg. Also to top it off gave my children a donut. This was a great experience! I recommend this location and the staff is great. They all require a raise because nowadays great people are hard to find in the service industry. To the owner or manager please take care of them you have so True Jems!!!!

The blonde girl on the headset gave me the wrong donut and I drove off. Had to come back to ask for the right donut. She rolled her eyes and they said they didnāt have the pumpkin filled donut. She then wanted to bad back. I told her, as someone who works for the health department, she is not legally allowed to ask for the bag backāthatās a violation. She said she wanted it to just throw it away. For the sake of getting my damn donut, I have her the bag back and will be letting my department supervisor know if this violation. From a customer service perspective, because she wasted my TIME and GAS, I would have just let the customer keep the donut instead of throwing it away in their face AFTER the young man running the window told me I could just keep it. That little girl is surely dressing up as a style-less witch for Halloweenāno doubt šāāļø good luck getting a surprise inspection. The shift manager was right their in agreement with her violation. We WONāT BE BACK⦠at least as a customerā¦. Health inspector, yes.

I rarely give bad reviews, but I was horrified at how, what I assume was the shift manager, treated the other employee. She called them very offensive names even though customers could hear them. They also closed down coffees and food but it was only 6:30? This was weeks ago, but I canāt stop thinking about it.

My favorite Dunkin. I love all the new flavors and items. So much fun. My daughter loves the doughnut straw topper to add to her cup. The guys here are really nice and efficient.
