Writing a review because I placed an order through door dash. It was a personal order I was picking up and I selected drive thru option. The lady said she had the order at the speaker and to come to the window however when I got to the window she said I needed to come inside to get my order. I was pleasant and compliant like it was no problem but it kind of bothered me afterward because I think they wanted to just make things extra difficult for me and wanted to make me walk thru...
I love this place. Everyone is super fast and also super kind and helpful. I use the mobile app before I go and it’s the fastest drive-through in Roswell. The food is always hot and fresh. The drinks are always right. They remember their customers, they care, and they are happy to see you at the window. It’s a great place. Highly recommend.
Usually fast & accurate with orders. The staff are pleasant. The food tastes good too. Only issue is it has limited options on Drive through menu. I consistently order sandwiches & the options have been reduced. Some items repeated. Saw chicken croissant & grill cheese 2 times on menu. New sandwiches missing. Maybe they don’t want to make the full menu because it slows down the drive thru line. You can go online & order what’s missing on the app I have figured...
