I love this Dunkin! I come here 3-4 times per week on my way to work. I usually order on line ahead of time and they have my order ready for me. A few of them know me by name now and they are so sweet and friendly! Lynn is the best! She is very good and always hustling!

This is probably the WORST Dunkin' location I have ever visited. The employees are always rude and seem as if you are bothering them, like "damn here". A few weeks ago, I ordered a chicken biscuit, and they LEFT OFF THE CHICKEN. Today, I ordered 2 loaded hashbrowns and they gave me 6 hashbrowns in a cup with a little bit of cheese and nothing else. They never provide silverware.

Ordered a coffee, a toasted buttered bagel and a breakfast with no egg. The breakfast sandwich came with egg anyways so it had to be remade. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice.
Never trust they will respect your modifier options when you place orders from app. And they wont refund at store instead ask you to call customer service.

Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I got a bagel with a teaspoon of cream cheese on one side. So sad. The avocado toast i ordered with extra bacon came with a few bacon bits. This was my go to Dunkin, but I haven’t had a good order in months. The DD up Hwy 9 will now be worth the drive.
