I have been to this Dunkin twice in the last 6 months. Both times I have gotten cold food when ordering a toasted butter croissant and some type of coffee when ordering a chia tea latte - hot. I confirmed my order when I came to the window because the lady working the speaker put my order wrong on the screen and I corrected her then, and still got the wrong order. Best advice, drive 10 mins down the road and go to the one on Shallowford. Not worth the $7 at all! Sincerely a mom just wanting a hot chai tea 🙄

Very disappointing. I went on November 27 in the afternoon. I got an iced coffee and a donut. There were very few donuts available, and what was available was very stale. The coffee was definitely watered down. The staff was good, nothing against them. But the donuts and coffee were much worse than it usually it. I would’ve asked for a refund but they never gave me a receipt. Saddest dunkin experience ever.

The service at this Dunkin is always subpar but today was the worst. I didn't receive the breakfast wrap that I ordered and the one I got was simultaneously burnt on the outside and ice cold on the inside.

They sell doughnuts here. Weird right? Easy enough to get in and out, or stay if you want to.
Always a negative experience at this Dunkin. Service is awful and you have to triple check to make sure they gave you what you ordered. Even then it’s normally prepared drastically incorrectly. Never coming back here gonna drive the extra distance to another Dunkin.

I came to the drive thru on Thursday 8/29 at 8:15 and the girl at the drive thru had a very bad attitude. From the moment she took the order to giving us our iced coffee. Not the first time deal with bad customer service at this location.
