I was a regular customer until today. I ordered my sandwich and no sooner did I pay that a dishelved women without shoes started a conversation on her speaker phone at a very high volume. I was patient and waited until my sandwich was ready hoping she woukd be done. She wasn't, just kept screaming into the phone. The manager did nothing when I asked if he would say something. Clearly a problem with restaurants today. They say nothing to rude customers who chat on speaker phones while driving away 10 good ones. No sign of an owner ever there. Just kids running the place. Dont go unless you love being part of someone else's conversation. Caveat emptor! Look it up.

Probably the best firehouse location I’ve been to. The sandwich was just really fresh and delicious. Generous portion of meat on the sandwich whereas other restaurants are decreasing portions.

Do not get the Captain Club. They barely put chicken on it and the bacon was not fully cooked. This sandwich was awful! Waste of money. I ended up throwing it in the trash.

Please hire people who understand English! I had to talk to 3 people just to get them to understand turkey and cheese only! Won’t waste my time here again.

Excellent location - fast, friendly and what you expect from the brand.

I went in last week for takeout dinner. It took me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted because I don’t eat there very often. I was pleasantly surprised by all the choices and finally settled on a sandwich. Everyone there was friendly and the service was fast . The sub I got was excellent exactly as ordered and very tasty.

I ordered 2 hero sandwiches and 6 cookies yesterday. The cookies are 3 for $3.49. I was charged $7.79. I told the cashier she was over charging me. She said the cookie price was for online orders. I asked her to show me where that's the charge. She refused to correct the order even showing the manager the error. I say this to warn you to look at your receipt. They are overcharging and loss close to $40 by not charging correctly. Yes, I walked out. If you order a combo, make sure you're not being charged a la cart. They win when we don't pay attention!

We visit this location frequently because the food is very good and this location is always very clean and well stocked. The employees are always courteous and helpful. It is very well managed.
