My first time trying Hardee's today it was ok looking at the menu every combo is 10$ that's expensive ?? so I tried the chicken club combo it was ok the bacon was hard almost broke my teeth ? the lettace was soggy ??and also got a cinnamon roll it was a little sloppy looked like they microwave it in the carton other then that I don't think I would try this again!!!!!

I needed a pick me up before work and I stopped for breakfast at this location in all my years of stopping at Hardee’s I never experienced authentic personalities and happy eager employees at Hardee’s until this morning with Khadejah and Ashley. I will continue to come here. Thank you ladies

My order was given 4 times at the drive thru speaker, then, repeated another 3 or 4 times at the window. I only ordered 3 different types of biscuits and it challenged the staff. Then my payment card was run twice because my first transaction was for someone else's order. Also, the driver behind me got impatient and began blowing his horn... This was an early Sunday morning breakfast adventure.

It was Sunday noon at 09/11/2022. My family and I stopped at Hardee’s restaurant between 1:00 & 1:30 pm at address: 891 HOLCOMB BRIDGE RD, ROSWELL, GA 30075 to order something for lunch from drive through. We asked for two orders of 5 PIECE-HAND-BREADED CHICKEN TENDERS (No fries and no drink) Also, one order of 2-PIECE CHICKEN TENDER KID'S MEAL with fries and chocolate milk for my son. When I stopped at the window to pay, I found out that the Hardee’s employee charged me for my order plus two HAND-BREADED CHICKEN SANDWICH! I told her that I didn’t order any sandwiches but she started showing the attitude and said this was your order and we already started your food. I was so nice that I didn’t argue for that extra charge for something that we didn’t order and said okay never mind. Then she asked us to stop at parking lot to bring our food. It took them almost 30 minutes to make our food. I think Hardee’s is a fast food and we shouldn’t stay half an hour in hot weather in the parking lot to receive our order. When she brought our food I asked her if she put forks inside the bag and she said yes. When we opened the bag there was not only no forks inside, but they didn’t put the chocolate milk for the kid’s meal for my son. I drove to the to-go window again and asked for those two items. The girl again started showing the attitude and said that everything is in the bag. I kept asking politely and after showing her all the items inside the bag she finally agreed to give us forks and the chocolate milk. When we started eating the food, it had the horrible taste of rotten oil! We didn’t complain and finished our food because we were very hungry. When we got home at that day, we all had diarrhea specially my four years old son.

I love Hardee’s. Unfortunately this one’s slow and not managed well. It’s not always terrible but then it is a lot too. I waited 35 minutes before my drive thru order was resolved.

Dexter and Matthew were very polite. I went there with my child after practice and they made sure my child left with a smile! I will 100% recommend this place to anyone! I will be going back every week!

The Man in the drive-through with the glasses and blonde hair, made my day 1000 times better, McDonald’s messed up my order so I tried Hardees and he gave me the best customer service I think I’ve ever had in my life, even made sure my babies going great and I left with a smile on my face. I think his name is Matthew. Props to Hardees stepping up and providing A1 customer service and presentation. This place is really turning around

Several months ago I ordered a sausage biscuit and it had a piece of hair in it. I threw my food away. I figured it was a one off and I would give them another chance for lunch a couple of days ago. I ordered lunch and got back to work and sat down to eat. After I took the first bite of my burger I saw a hair in the burger. Once again I threw away the food. I will not be returning here.

This location always looks closed. I thought it was abandoned or under renovations due to how dark it is inside, some sort of barrier on the door and its always locked. The drive thru is open, but the sign is misleading. Anyway, the only telling indicator that it was open, was the cars in the drive thru and parking lot.The wait time is ridiculous because whether your ordering at the drive thru or picking up an order, it's never ready and you have to park and wait for it to be brought out to you. Customer service is hit or miss and depends on whose working that day. Same with preparation - sadly. I won't be back here for myself, but will have to for pickup orders.On a positive note, the last time I went here, the manager was professional, respectful and courteous. I wish the rest of the team was as nice.

I’ve only ate here a few times, this morning i ordered two chicken biscuit meals. The person taking my order was extremely friendly. There was a few cars ahead of me. Wait didn’t seem long though. Pulled up handed the girl my card and she snatched it from me. Then proceeded to say something and shut the window. She then asked me to pull forward so i did. Waited maybe 2mins and a gentleman brought out my order, he was friendly as well.Got home and started eating my biscuit and realized the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way.Overall my service was ok, but probably won’t return.

Seems like they used covid as an excuse to permanently close the dining room, which is a shame because the drive thru line at this location is usually very slow and inefficient. If I'm going to wait that long for fast food, I'd like to sit down inside and get free refills, and not have to burn gas in the process.
