Local family owned spot! So happy I found this. My husband and I love to make sushi/poke and this is our new go to spot for picking fish up. They also have a menu to order lobster rolls, soups, etc! We were locking the bowl clean on their lobster bisque. Helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Nick is the best! I won't go anywhere else for my personal business or for my family. His seafood is top notch and there is always a wide variety. If you're looking for something different, he is more than happy to accommodate whatever your needs may be. If you don't check this place out, that's on you!!

I’m a bit of a seafood snob, coming from the Alabama coast area. I was quite impressed with the selection of seafood and the freshness. The shrimp I bought were delicious. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful fresh fish. The prices are higher than I have seen anywhere. Seriously four to five times what you would pay anywhere including having it shipped overnight from Alaska. $40 lb is just not in my budget.

Great place for all types of amazing seafood! They have live tanks with crab and lobster. Great Gulf oysters (and others) and huge scallops. Super friendly. Highly recommended!

Not only is the seafood here great but the service is even better. This is our go to spot for live blue crabs. We also enjoyed their red snapper dip! If you are in the need for fresh seafood, Hook'd Up Seafood is the place. Can’t speak higher about the owner and staff!

I was visiting CSV and after my visit I saw that Hook'd Up is in my "Want to go" list.

I visited it. A gentleman welcomed me very kind with big smile 😊

I was not planning to buy any fish but when I saw Greece Bronzini ( In Turkey we say Levrek), I bought one. Long time did not eat this fish.

They have many wild fish options. And also they fry and steam the fish that you ordered. He mentioned that it will take 3-5 minutes to cook them ( to go only).

No parking issue.

I’ve only been existing in my Johns Creek/Alpharetta neighborhood for the last 4 years, until I stumbled upon the FRESH FRESH Seafood Dreamland that is Hook’d Up Seafood.

I lived in Hawaii my entire life until retiring here 4 years ago so I am passionate about and know seafood. Talk to the guy at the counter. He’s Nick, the owner, and he’s as passionate about and knows a whole a hell of a lot about seafood and did this same thing in Alabama’s Gulf Shores. Maybe, that’s why the minute I walked in, I told him that his shop is just like the ones in Jacksonville and Panama City Beach, FL that I patronize. AND, I soon found out that the SEAFOOD is just as FRESH and around the SAME price.

No longer do I need to drive all way to Decatur, through Atlanta 285 & 85 traffic, to get my fresh seafood stop at Your DeKalb Farmers Market or pay premium prices for what they pass as “fresh seafood” at Kathleen’s Catch and Whole Foods, when I can get a better selection, some unique items, and the freshest sourced seafood that I have found in Atlanta at Hook’d Up Seafood.

I put together a pasta that fed 4, with the $60 worth of fresh scallops, mussels, and clams. It was the best seafood meal that my family has ever had anywhere, including restaurants on the Greek Islands, because of the freshness AND QUALITY of Nick’s sourced products. And there was more seafood than pasta in it. LOL!!.

Our appetizer, the Blue Points and Kumomato Oyster Shooters were as fresh and delicious (raw with just lemon) as the best oyster bars.

As for price, it’s really the same as the other specialized seafood markets in Atlanta. For special items, it’s worth the few extra dollars per pound because you will pay a lot more elsewhere for them.

It’s amazing to think how much $$$$ I will be saving buying my FRESH seafood from Nick at Hook’d Up Seafood; instead of driving down to Florida or eating in over-priced Atlanta seafood restaurants, whose freshness of product is inconsistent. If I could give Hook’d Up Seafood more than *****, I would. It’s a seafood paradise.
