Dropped in here to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday and our server Aiden did an incredible job and really made it special for her. She was so excited and brought to tears. It really made my day to be able to see her excited to go to Hooters, and then the food being cooked perfectly was the icing on the cake.

The server was cold, she wasn't there when I needed her, instead of she was recording maybe TikTok videos and some days later I realized she gave herself $10 tip when I left 5... The food where bad and expensive not even fast food.. First and last time that I go to this place expensive and disappointing place where also stole $5.
I LOVE Hooters; but this location nickel and dimes you; how are you known for wings but charge for ranch or blue cheese? Not even 1 is included with the meal? The location by Mall of GA doesn’t do that. It’s like they are trained to tell you the price of every up charge or add on vs. providing a natural experience. The limited amount of wing flavors sucks- no more spicy garlic here; the wings and new hot sauce flavor had an after taste- overall, not a great experience. They advertise for the original hot sauce available here but that’s a bold face lie; it was gross.

I love how they failed to mention they don't have anymore the wet garlic parmesan wings, couldn't finish it at all.

I have been going to Hooters on and off for the past 25 years usually at lunch with workmates. This location I have been going to for the past 15 years. It is no understatement to say that the place is a shadow of its former self. Many items on the menu are simply crossed out as being unavailable. When I tried to order a buffalo chicken wrap I was informed that they did not have tortillas or nachos so that was a non-starter so I fell back onto my old usual of breaded chicken wings and curly fries. I always get my wings medium buffalo style. When they arrived they just looked like some kind of dry rub but I was informed this was a new recipe and they really are buffalo style but just happened to look like that. OK…. They did have somewhat the taste of medium Hooters wings but it was pretty faint. The curly fries were OK, but not all that crispy.
Also the place was a ghost town I arrived at about noon on Halloween day which should have been a zoo but my friends and I were the very first to arrive and over the course of the two hours we spent there maybe five of the tables in the entire place were ultimately occupied. Most of the patrons that did show up hung around the bar which was decently populated. There were three girls on the floor at any time plus the bartender and they were all very pleasant but with almost nothing to do they definitely didn’t spend any time with the customers instead hanging out at another table with what I assume was the Management, but the entire experience was a far cry from what it was even five years ago. The food was still massively overpriced which was fine when it was a fun experience, but this was a little bit depressing and the food wasn’t even up to its former mediocre glory.
One of my friends for some reason loves coming here so I will likely be back, but without any enthusiasm.

Same as it has been since I moved up around here in 1985. Still has memories of my young sons having birthdays here (they're in their 30's now)... somethings in your life should never change and Hooters is STILL a wunnerful thing. Had the original wings for lunch... simplicity defined.. just the way they tasted in 1985.

This was an odd experience. Our waitress said she was busy and it took some time to get our order in. We didn’t mind the wait. Once she took our order we didn’t see her again until the food started coming out. First and foremost I can’t stand it when a server doesn’t bring out dinning wear or condiments. We had to ask. The fries were undercooked and cold. The sliders were good. However we had to wait on the condiments. The buffalo platter had no sauce on it. We asked them to please put some sauce on them. The waitress took them back. A male server or manager, I’m not sure, came to explain that they did have sauce on them. That we just couldn’t see it because it’s the 1984 formula. I asked again if we could just get some sauce. Neither one of us could taste any sauce on it. He did bring some out and gave us the recipe for the sauce so we knew it was on there. The sauce definitely tasted like sauce. It was not on the food. The waitress wasn’t around much. She had friends at the bar. We ended up leaving the bill and tip on the table. Yes we still tipped well. The restaurant wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean either. The hot sauce bottle on our table has a broken cap and dried sauce all over the lid. It had about a quarter bottle left. The floor had some trash on it. Nothing too terrible. Chris does want me to say that the Pop is good. He had Dr Pepper. They have great Dr Pepper.
