This is my favorite cake shop of all time I’m gluten free and the cakes never disappoint. I’ve had some bad gluten free cakes in my life but this shop has the best gluten free cakes I’ve ever tried. So many of my big milestones have been spent with these cakes to celebrate—-cake for my first baby shower, second baby shower, three year old birthday party—so many beautiful memories. Worth the drive for me and I will be back. Also, shout out for being flexible when I recently changed pick up to a day earlier. Thank you !

I first ordered a cake from this place pre-COVID for my now husband's birthday. It was cute, good enough quality, and a decent price. Since then, I've tried to order from this place 3 times and every time I have been told that they are too busy. And it's not like I'm calling the day before. The last incident was literally two months out. I even tried to book a wedding cake through them and they were too covered up for that! And that's not a cheap cake so it's not like I'm being blown off just because it's a small cake. Maybe you need to pre-order a year out? Maybe 10 years? Who knows. It's impossible to order cakes from here. I'm giving up. And it's not like the quality is like over the top amazing. It's decent enough but certainly not going through the grief of having placed an order, waited like a week, and then you hear back that they're too busy. There are other bakers in town (including Publix which is where we ended up getting the wedding cake) who are 10x more professional and are actually possible to book cakes through. Maybe I'm not the right "type" of customer for them? I don't know. Just know if you try to book a cake, you're probably going to get cancelled on TWO MONTHS OUT. I’ve gotten cupcakes from this place for 2 bdays and they were a huge hit. The cake i ordered from them, however was disappointing. I’m not sure if they have a different baker for the cakes, but the texture of the cake compared to the cupcakes was completely different. it was almost mushy and very dense, as opposed to the cupcakes that are very fluffy and delicious. If i knew that I could’ve saved some money and got cupcakes. but i will give yall props for how beautiful the cake looked.
Ordered this cake for an eagle scout Court of Honor and it was a total hit. Still getting compliments on the decoration and the taste weeks later. I knew what I wanted and ICanita definitely delivered. Thanks for topping off a perfect evening.

I wanted to give my feedback on the cake I purchased. I was quite disappointed in the cake and the taste. Most kids didn’t enjoy it. And all the parents were not impressed. It almost looked like it wasn’t baked all the way through and it was not cake like. It’s was very dense. The vanilla part of the cake was very yellow looking and the icing wasn’t smoothed out.And to clarify my picked time, I had spoken with clay and was just asking. I didn’t demand that I had to pick it up on Friday.As the time for my sons game changed and I was going to be getting there at 12:50pm on Saturday. I was simply asking if I could pick it up at 3pm on Friday . he responded saying in a manner that wasn’t very confident and said ya 3 pm should be fine. I did arrive early at 2:25pm. As I was passing the shop. I just came in to see if it was ready. You seemed annoyed as the time clay told you wasn’t correct because you responded to me when I asked if the cake was ready and you said you wouldn’t be here till 4pm which was not what I told clay. He communicated the time with you wrong:I know I came to you with one weeks notice. But if my cake was rushed, and not done to y’all’s ability please don’t aspect the customer and just tell them you’re booked.I just wanted to let you know my experience.I’m very disappointed you didn’t email me back. Will not be coming back here and clearly your customer service has gone down hill from the other post that recently just posted. Same experience. The cake was sooooo bad! I could have baked a better cake that was moist and yummy. I’m so upset i spent $150 on the part of my son’s birthday that everyone is suppose to enjoy.Ps. I don’t understand why you told me to leave the cake out and not put it in the fridge. You should definitely leave it in the fridge and take it out and let set for two hours before serving.

This place isn't the same top quality with excellent customer service. The arrogance in which they treat customers and the drop in the quality of the cake are disappointing. I ordered my and my sons cake over a month and half prior but they could only do one. So I had to order other cake for my son's birthday elsewhere but it turned out for the best as his cake was extremely moist and delicious. My birthday cake was extremely dry and cold 5hrs AFTER we picked it up.None of my friends finished the cake and I struggled to enjoy it. They didn't care as my email providing feedback sent ignored. They won't have to worry about having my business moving forward.
