Food is always great . Servers are more than friendly !! However I’ve noticed that at a lot of ihops most servers don’t understand the app. Wish their was a little more training on that part .

I went to eat with my family, it took them a long time to serve and it took even longer to bring the food, when I went to pay the manager was very rude and overbearing and that made me not want to go again.

Nycole - new server was awful! It was her third day and she was disrespectful, intolerable and not professional at all! Get another job! They don’t need someone so unhelpful like you working for them . They are better off without you.
The manager that I noticed was helping in the kitchen was very charismatic and caring towards his customers .

We went to IHOP to treat my friends mom, she was pregnant, Unfortunately, One of your employees named Jenne has been totally rude and with bad behavior, make sure your employees treat all customers well, And I'm making sure to Never ever come to this IHOP AGAIN.

I recently visited IHOP and had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out relatively quick. I ordered the classic pancakes, which were light and fluffy, though a bit too sweet for my taste. The coffee was good, and the atmosphere was casual and cozy. My only complaint is that the portion sizes were a bit smaller than expected for the price. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a casual breakfast, but not necessarily outstanding. Would come back again for a quick meal.

The service was disgusting and shark like waitresses and waiters only caring for themselves Four of us at the table and three out of four of the orders were messed up. In the worst order didn't even come. 17 minutes later I had to go approach the kitchen area by the front desk and ask for my food and they said oh yeah we'll have to check what your waiter of what happened. But he was nowhere to be found so 4 minutes later they got the waiter and he said oh s*** I forgot.. Went to go pay the bill that took another 8 minutes standing in one place where they said we can't check you out your server has to do it. I'm too honest or I should have just walked out of the place. Done done and more done. Attaches to the receipt for breakfast for four, s I've been trying to attach your receipt but this was absurd. Just never mind the place how much are desperate for 24-hour food. And by the way I was at noon on a Sunday it was already slowed down

It's a Wednesday and slow and still took awhile to get a server to come to us. Also could here the waiters arguing with the cook. Definitely not a place to come too if you ask me. Ended up leaving since they forgot to bring us spoons for the coffee as for silverware and it brought us a knife and fork with no spoon. Coffee got cold and we walked out
