Tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday, The Food was really good! Service was a bit slow and unenthusiastic, especially for us being one of 3 tables in at the time.

We celebrated my Mom's 75th birthday. We were a party of 16. The staff and food were great. The meal portions are plenty. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Can wait to go back!!

Food is always good. Service was not so good. We were not checked on for long periods. My wife was out of water for 10 minutes or more.

Food was good, especially the garlic rolls which were hot and amazing! I was surprised entrees didn't include a house salad like most other Italian eateries like Provinos, Frankie's, Bambalini's, or even chains like Olive Garden.

Dining room was open style and dark and seemed a bit noisy. Service was good, but not above average.

It's worth visiting but not on the top of my rotation list for Italian food.

Might want to really look at your bill - seems they sneak in a 3% extra change for paying with a credit card - this is posted nowhere and not even on the bill you sign - you have to look at your receipt for this - this just feels wrong making customers pay this when should be a fee the business pays (nobody pays with cash these days) Bottom line is this is like and old Pizza Hut or Olive Garden - owners have lost touch with the times rather than updating they just ignore customers and comments - watch nobody in managment will even respond to this review or any reviews

Started with the waitress bring the drinks and pass them by holding the rim of the glasses...right where one would drink out of. Had to get a new glass. Food was average, I had a pizza and the center was cool and Very Soggy when they brought it. Is was okay, but will not be my first choice to go to

In October 2024, I called and swung by Ippolito's Roswell requesting a table of 20 people for Dec 7, 2024 at 5pm. The restaurant mentioned that they do not officially make reservations, but the manager said both times that they couldaccommodate and made a note of it. I even mentioned that it was a Saturday but it would be early in the evening. On Wed Dec 4, 2024, I called to re-confirmed and left a message for the manager, but never got a call back. So on Thu Dec 5, I called again, but this time I was told that they could NOT accommodate. I was in a scramble to find a new restaurant. It did seem like they were going to call me. We used to love this spot. Wouldn’t recommend calling ahead because you will be ignored. Very poor service. Stay away.
