Started with the waitress bring the drinks and pass them by holding the rim of the glasses...right where one would drink out of. Had to get a new glass. Food was average, I had a pizza and the center was cool and Very Soggy when they brought it. Is was okay, but will not be my first choice to go to

In October 2024, I called and swung by Ippolito's Roswell requesting a table of 20 people for Dec 7, 2024 at 5pm. The restaurant mentioned that they do not officially make reservations, but the manager said both times that they couldaccommodate and made a note of it. I even mentioned that it was a Saturday but it would be early in the evening. On Wed Dec 4, 2024, I called to re-confirmed and left a message for the manager, but never got a call back. So on Thu Dec 5, I called again, but this time I was told that they could NOT accommodate. I was in a scramble to find a new restaurant. It did seem like they were going to call me. We used to love this spot. Wouldn’t recommend calling ahead because you will be ignored. Very poor service. Stay away.

Food is always outstanding. Plenty of parking. This place is a 1-hour drive from our home, and it is worth the drive. The facilities are a stand-alone restaurant which is neither posh or mundane. Their garlic not rolls and marinara (complimentary with your meal) are to die for.

This Ippolitos has become our prime since the kitchen fire ended the Sandy Springs location. We appreciate the history and enjoy the food.

Parking: If the immediate lot is full, just park in the adjacent grocery store lot.

We attended an event that was hosted in the Bocce Room. It was elegant, swanky, and perfect! The Caesar salad, antipasto, spinach salad, lasagna and Alfredo pasta were all so delicious. The strawberry cheesecake for dessert and coffee were a perfect pairing! The service was next to none with prompt attention to details! My wife and I had a delightful evening.

Terrible Food and service. There were virtually no customers there when we had lunch on a Sunday. I would never eat at this restaurant again. Even the Salad was nasty. Waitress seemed very unprofessional.
