We came here Easter Sunday, not a busy day and it took a good 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by any staff member while standing at the hostess stand. When the hostesses finally showed up she was not very pleasant. Then had to finally ask for a server if we could order almost 15 minutes after being sat. Thank god for good calamari.

Best part of the meal was the rolls. Half the food was cold. When waiter returned with it, still cold.Baked ravioli was tiny portion for the price.Also the owner had an affair with his high school sons girlfriend.Go down the street to osteria mattone for real Italian food.

I used dine at this restaurant frequently, and my family and I loved it. However, we stopped going due to the implementation of a credit card fee unless paying in cash (who carries cash now a days). I am aware the economy has affected them, and it's reflected on their new pricing, but it has affected us all. I find it uncouth, especially since that is a standard cost of doing business.My family and I will continue to support the local business within the community, which we very much enjoy. Sadly, Ipps will not be one of those.

When for a family night out with our daughter. This location is horrible. Woodstock is so much better with quality of food, customer service, and atmosphere.Husband order chicken Parmesan sandwich. It was so dry and hard and on a roll that shouldn’t even be used for a sandwich. Manager asked how everything was my husband was honest and manager didn’t even care and walked away. GO TO WOODSTOCK

The food was good, a lot of food. The service was great. Food came out a little slow, but they were busy. It is quite noisy there, we had to talk loud or we won't be able to have a conversation.Parking: It cost $10 to park next door, I'm not sure the restaurant has it own parking lot. I saw several parking spots, but only for pick up food.

Management is awesome and very down to earth. The whole staff is amazing, and they all have great attention to detail. The food comes out hot and quick and is very tasty. This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the Atlanta area. This is highly recommended.
