Was not sure it was even open when I arrived. Food flavor and taste was nothing worthy of returning to for a second time.

Jada's Caribbean Jamaican restaurant is off corner of Sandy Springs & Rte 92, seven of us stopped by after seeing a movie. So glad we did, the service and staff amazing. They explained each item we asked about, how it was prepared, the food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their meal. We had the kingfish, rice & peas, sautéed squash, coconut chicken, stewed chicken, Mac & cheese all wonderfully prepared, plus lemon cake. Will be back.

The taste! Everything tasted good! Fresh. The service was good also. Tough starting a new business in this environment, but hopefully the community will support them so we can claim all this diverse cuisine in our nhood! The prices were reasonable too. When it's going up everywhere else. I got 2.5 meals out of my one buy.

Everything delicious. Cuban Chicken and Curry chicken. Mac & cheese, peas & rice all good. Plus string beans were fresh and not canned. If you don't like spicy, the Jerk wings wouldn't be for you, but I loved them. The cabbage still had some crunch and not limp and soggy. I'll be back.

Hey hey y'all ! Let's get into it ! I came here to try this new place on their fusion Friday (which is they night special with a live dj while you eat and possibly some drink specials but it wasn't advertised in the location)Place:Coming here at night I would think they were closed from afar it was dark barley could see a light and the only thing they had was the tiny open sign which was not facing traffic to see from the road. (Should move it ) parking is great because it's in Woodstock (it's not Atlanta) so parking was free. Service :There was three people working besides the Cook that I could see. The taller guy (only one as a waiter ) knew the most about the menu. The other two had to check every time I asked a question. (Didn't know the menu at all ). I would say still very new they didn't have a true bartender so it was a lot going on with only 4 families there. Food:If you are Jamaican or a foodie as I am both. This was not it for flavor unfortunately. I felt a lot of Jamaican flavors with hints for Haitian but neither flavor was showcased so I was sad. Patties: We got the 2 veggie 2 curry chicken. (The order comes with 4 and they was out of jerk chicken ). The Pattie crust was dry not flaky and moist. The filling was lacking. Compared to the pattie it was empty ! Like one layer no filled at all. The veggie one had whole pieces of veggies not a mixture. No flavor quite bland. The curry chicken had heat (pepper) but no flavor and not enough curry and still a small filling ! Oxtail: Was mostly fat (per my guest) and was cold initially on the inside of it when first brought out. Rice and peas: It wasn't made with coconut milk! The beans were not kidney and it was similar to black rice with no flavor. Plantains : We're great. Salmon cakes :Crunchy but no flavor. Spice (pepper was there ) the sweet and sour sauce was needed to make it any better but sad. Fish: (snapper) Was ok not fresh at all to taste and the sauce when I ask for fried was like a tomato based with onions. Real weird. All together I wouldn't come back or recommend sadly. I had higher hopes.

I don't understand how this place had soMany positive reviews!!! I was very very disappointed in the dishes that I had here. I ordered The oxtail rice and peas and mac & cheese. Along with the curry goat rice and peas and plantains. Along with a side of stew chicken. For $53 that I spent I wish I would have went and purchased groceries and cooked this meal myself. Every single dish tasted like a strong and pungent flavor of Bayleaf. The flavor of the Bayleaf was so strong in every dish. The food was not seasoned well and this Has to be the worst Caribbean food I have had to date. I tried to support a Caribbean restaurant but My family was left in disgust. I would not recommend this restaurant, I can't even think of anything that we enjoyed from our meal. Please skip over this restaurant and find a different Caribbean restaurant.

They recently opened a new place standalone building on Sandy Plains which is closer to Roswell/Woodstock area rather than their old place near Sprayberry High School.I ordered the Oxtail Stew and Cuban chicken with sides of white rice and Mac and cheese. They were out of the curry goat which I wanted to try. I was also told that they would contact me when my order was done. After 30+ minutes of no contact I drove there to see if my food was done. Alas, it was. I'm disappointed they didn't call or text me when my order was done despite the lady on the phone saying she would. This review will be based on the food quality of when I picked it up. When I got to the restaurant at approximately 7 pm on Sunday it was completely empty. I walked and there were a group of what I can only assume were workers and various aunties sitting and chatting. I felt their eyes uncomfortably watch me as I walked in because it got rather quiet. The counter was manned by two teenagers and the checkout process was quick and easy. The food itself is where the bulk of my review comes from. The oxtail stew plate had a generous amount of food but the flavor note was rather monotone and tasted only of a single spice which I would probably describe as star anise. The Cuban chicken on the other hand was drier than I would've liked but the sauce was a bit better and had more depth with a bit of sweetness. The white rice was standard. The Mac and cheese is flavorless and you're essentially getting a square chunk of mushy noodles with cheese coloring but somehow with no flavor. Overall, would probably not recommend to my circle but would be open to going if others wanted to go there.

Open for dine in! We will be back. Best flavor profile I've had in a while. I had the curry chicken and the jerk chicken and both were amazing. Mac and cheese was so good! And the black beans and rice were off the chain. The portions were huge for a great price.
