The service was terrible, they didn't give me the sandwich because there was no bread and they close at nine and it was 8:37. They must not have good staff because with the people who run their business they are going to go bankrupt.

Food was delish, but customer service HORRIBLE! It was not busy at the time we went in paying for everything in advance, we got our drinks to go outside where there was a co-worker sitting outside before we walked in. Then shortly thereafter it got super busy and we knew our food at to be ready by now and we watch outside with our food set off to the side and we were told before we even paid for everything that they will bring our food out to us which NO EVER DID NOR ATTEMPTED TOO EITHER! Coworker was still sitting outside and by the time we had to go get our own food that was now getting cold the guy that works there finally went back inside! We will not be back here AGAIN!!!!

Bravo! The new salsa verde chicken cheesesteak is ridiculously good. I didn’t catch anyone’s name - but it was a quiet afternoon but they still had energy and great service skills. I’m just visiting on business, but I’d come back next time I’m in town. Sandwich goes great with a cold IPA. For extra awesome, add bacon to your cheesesteak- magnificent!

Perfect! Loved the cheesesteak. Got the giant size (it really was massive) so I could have half for dinner and half for lunch next day. Worth it. Jersey Mike's is way better than Subway.

We’ve been to this location 6 times. Half of which we’ve had to leave without food. On two occasions their machine was down and couldn’t take credit cards, the other one there was just no one in the store despite being open. Very frustrating.

Love this restaurant in roswell management and staff knew what they were doing and ure subs look the same way as ure advertise on the ? commercials not like sub ways u c one thing on the coupons and in the store u get more bread than meat keep up the good work.

Completely disappointed and disgusted. We have never ordered from this place before and thought we would give it a try. We ordered a variety of cold sandwiches for a get together. Thirteen sandwiches in total to share and cookies.Most of the sandwiches were unlabeled some had an unreadable scribble on it attempting to pass for a number. So we couldn't tell which sandwich was which. All the sandwiches looked the same. They were all doused with this oily Italian dressing type sauce on every single sandwich.Thus making them oily, soggy and gross. The sauce was so over powering you could not even taste the meats or cheeses. The ones that had bacon on it tasted even worse. The bacon tasted old and disgusting. The kids refused to eat the sandwiches and said the cookies tasted burnt. Firehouse is way better! This was an epic fail. We will never order from this place again and I will not recommend either.
