We’ve been to this location 6 times. Half of which we’ve had to leave without food. On two occasions their machine was down and couldn’t take credit cards, the other one there was just no one in the store despite being open. Very frustrating.

Love this restaurant in roswell management and staff knew what they were doing and ure subs look the same way as ure advertise on the ? commercials not like sub ways u c one thing on the coupons and in the store u get more bread than meat keep up the good work.

Completely disappointed and disgusted. We have never ordered from this place before and thought we would give it a try. We ordered a variety of cold sandwiches for a get together. Thirteen sandwiches in total to share and cookies.Most of the sandwiches were unlabeled some had an unreadable scribble on it attempting to pass for a number. So we couldn't tell which sandwich was which. All the sandwiches looked the same. They were all doused with this oily Italian dressing type sauce on every single sandwich.Thus making them oily, soggy and gross. The sauce was so over powering you could not even taste the meats or cheeses. The ones that had bacon on it tasted even worse. The bacon tasted old and disgusting. The kids refused to eat the sandwiches and said the cookies tasted burnt. Firehouse is way better! This was an epic fail. We will never order from this place again and I will not recommend either.

Service is energetic, fun, engaging, and full of life and positive vibes. Just happened to be in this area and saw the Jersey Mikes sign and decided a sub sandwich would make for a good lunch. Ok, it is a sub sandwich, but the big positive here is the people. The subs were tasty and fresh. If in the area, we will come back.

There was no one there and there was a cellphone on the counter video recording who came in. Food was left out in the open, I even saw them hiding in the back. Don't go to this location it is a waist of the space it takes.

Worst Jersey Mikes in town. 3rd time I have gone to this location each time it took over 25 minutes to get a sandwich and no one cared. The griddle looked like it had not been cleaned in hours so no chance we were ordering hot subs.

Employee was rude, didn't know if pickles were dill or whatever. His manager answered for him. Then the person making my sandwich threw the pickles back into food compartment with disgust once I realized they were dill, which I don't like. He then charged me too much for my sandwich. I let him know so he fixed it, then he proceeded to go into the men's restroom with two of his male buddies (all together). I will not return to this restaurant.

Worse Jersey Mike’s that I have been to by far! First of all, bad location to get in and out on busy divided road. Poor service and non engaging employees. Most recent visit a customer had to tell me their register was down and had to pay either cash or order online. No employee bothered to tell me this, since I didn’t have any cash I ordered online.They get my order and the person who made my sandwich kept looking at the online ticket vs listening to me in front of her and made my sandwich not the way I wanted. I kept it anyway just to get out of there. Won’t be going back there again. Much better store and nicer people down the road on Crossville Hwy in Roswell.

I love Jersey Mike's so this is not a poor review on the food. I typically order on my mobile app so I don't have to wait in line. The first time I did this, my food was placed on a shelf designated for pick up orders that have already been purchased. I ordered yesterday and when I got to the store, there were about 4 people in line ordering. I could see my order behind the counter, but was given no direction on how to proceed from the 3 people behind the counter. I went ahead and stood near the register, but was completely ignored and they continued ringing in two of the 4 customers in line. The employee was about to go to the next person so I spoke up to ask about my to go order. She asked my name and reached for the bag and rudely handed it to me as if I was being disruptive. The whole point of ordering online is to speed up the process. I was very disappointed with the service, but as always loved the sandwich.
Please tell me how a sandwich shop is out of bread?!?! Ridiculous

Excellent experience and sandwich.We had storms roll through yesterday and the shop didn’t look open but I walked in and was greeted immediately. They let me know their computer system had not come back up due to the storms but if I had cash it would be fine.I had the roast beef with provolone and it was excellent. They gave me plenty of meat, fixed it immediately and I was on my way in under 5 minutes.What I really liked is that despite the adversity they were still able to complete the mission. They did this without complaining and were extremely polite in explaining the situation.

Order was supposed to be ready at 3:17p and it's now 3:30p They've prioritized walk ins that came after I walked in. They're is no sense of urgency. Don't place an online order at this location, you're better off walking in. I recommend a different location if you want Jersey Mike's.
