What you would expect from this franchise. A different city. Here is the service. The young guy at the counter was super friendly and hard-working. He literally would work on multiple orders at the same time. This is a refreshing experience as too many fast food workers aren't very motivated, possibly for good reasons.
This location was so dirty not only did the kid try to give me a piece of bread that was laying next to a dirty towel for who knows how long. When we told them it was gross in there and they need to clean up. All they said was OK and when I walked out, I watched him try to kill a fly with his hand. Disgusting. I should’ve taken pictures. One employee was sitting there eating while the place was wrecked. Management should watch the cameras. Gross
Do all Jersey Mike’s stores seem sad and tired? It feels like the Kmart of sandwich shops in every one I’ve been in.
The sub was very good and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. I just wish it looked a little peppier walking in the door.
Very slow. Don’t do mobile order, extremely slow and while I was waiting they fulfilled 4 in person orders. Was better off ordering in person.
Just a solid sub shop with fresh meats, bread and toppings...served with respect for the customer
Always understaffed and just take on catering orders at lunch times so they are buried. Knuckies is right up the road
Terrible service store can’t keep up with mobile orders and in person experience suffers. Employees look miserable.
Good subs, but parking is a hassle
At lunch time today it was busier than I have ever seen it in a sub shop before, but all of the JM employees there were working so hard and fast that the speed at which the orders were ready was truly impressive.

Wow! Sol and Pierce are the best. This is the best jersey mikes I’ve been to a lot of different locations. But these guys are happy friendly fast. And the sandwiches were made perfect the first time. They make you want to come back. I haven’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in a while. But now that I’ve been here I will be back more. You have great employees/ managers here. Made all the difference!

We eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once a month and have done so since moving to this area over a year and a half ago.
We always order online and pick up at the store.
Locations vary as we are centered directly in the middle of three jersey Mike’s locations.
This time, basing our decision on time of day and traffic, we chose the store located at 660 West Crossville Road in Roswell.
We always order the exact same thing.
A giant Philly cheesesteak on white bread with extra cheese, extra meat and I usually add mushrooms to the entire sandwich. I know that the total is going to be over $29 but not $30.
This time we changed it up a little bit and only added mushrooms to half of the sandwich. Since I was ordering a giant sandwich, and also didn’t want peppers and onions on that half of the sandwich, I didn’t add the mushrooms on the app, I chose to add it in the special instructions instead anticipating that I would be charged “in store”.
I went to pick up the sandwich early, anticipating that they would still be making it so that I would be there in the event that there was any confusion with my order and to correct my mistake with the mushrooms.
Maria was just making our sandwich, asked what I needed, I gave the name and before I could say anything else she said “you didn’t pay for the mushrooms”
I explained that was the reason I arrived early and said I’d be happy to pay.
To which she replied “No. I won’t charge you this time but next time, add the mushrooms online.”
She wasn’t rude but she verged on being derogatory and condescending.
I confirmed while she was still cooking the sandwiches that she had the order, correct… double meat, double cheese, mushrooms on one side with no peppers and onions.
When I got home and opened my sandwiches, there was no double meat on them.
When I called the store and spoke to Maria, she said, “Yes, there was double meat.”
I said we eat there all the time and there was NOT double meat on our sandwiches.
Maria replied very rudely and smugly “I made those sandwiches myself and I DID put double meat on them.”
I said “OK next time we’ll just eat at another location.”
She replied with some very short, curt “OK” or “fine”.
Maria could have cared less.
I will never use that location again.

When I pay $28 for a sandwich, I want a $28 sandwich.
I’d have gladly paid for my mushrooms and have the double meat. I feel like she shorted me on the meat because she thought I was trying to get away with something.
And she knew what she did.
I want my five dollar tip back too.
I don’t typically leave tips for hourly employees, but I felt that since she wasn’t charging me for the mushrooms it was the least I could do.
I will eat at Jersey Mike’s because they have the best Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on the planet.
I’ll just never eat at this location or order from them again.
Terrible service - do not order from this location.
Ordered online and the order was ready over 1 our AFTER I was told it would be ready. They prioritize walk ins ahead of your online order.

They clearly are understaffed here. Waited nearly an hour for 3 subs. No apologies either. I’d avoid this location if you can
No point to place order online, there seems to be no desire to process orders in a timely manner. Poor communication as well.
