Two stars due to great sandwich. The employee with tattoos was chastising an employee right in front of me for taking the recycling boxes out bc he “wanted to train someone how to do it.” This guy was so rude to his employee. Thanks for putting me in such an awkward situation. There will be more boxes, guy. How dare you treat another human being like they are less than you. Some owner makes you work 50-60 hours a week while they rake in the dough, don’t take it out on your co workers guy. Maybe he treated his employee this way bc he has no real power.

Poor customer service. The guy taking the order started yelling and becoming irate while taking my order. Not a way to treat your customers. Too many options in Roswell. Went across the street to Jimmy John's. Great customer service.

Took a long time. Guy with the tattoos cutting the meat was super rude and impatient with me. Idk if he was having a bad day, but it was very off putting…it’s also an up charge on a kids meal if you want chips instead of a cookie. Seems a little strange? Definitely going to try out Jimmy John’s across the street next time!

What you would expect from this franchise. A different city. Here is the service. The young guy at the counter was super friendly and hard-working. He literally would work on multiple orders at the same time. This is a refreshing experience as too many fast food workers aren't very motivated, possibly for good reasons.

This location was so dirty not only did the kid try to give me a piece of bread that was laying next to a dirty towel for who knows how long. When we told them it was gross in there and they need to clean up. All they said was OK and when I walked out, I watched him try to kill a fly with his hand. Disgusting. I should’ve taken pictures. One employee was sitting there eating while the place was wrecked. Management should watch the cameras. Gross

Do all Jersey Mike’s stores seem sad and tired? It feels like the Kmart of sandwich shops in every one I’ve been in.

The sub was very good and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. I just wish it looked a little peppier walking in the door.

Very slow. Don’t do mobile order, extremely slow and while I was waiting they fulfilled 4 in person orders. Was better off ordering in person.

At lunch time today it was busier than I have ever seen it in a sub shop before, but all of the JM employees there were working so hard and fast that the speed at which the orders were ready was truly impressive.

Wow! Sol and Pierce are the best. This is the best jersey mikes I’ve been to a lot of different locations. But these guys are happy friendly fast. And the sandwiches were made perfect the first time. They make you want to come back. I haven’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in a while. But now that I’ve been here I will be back more. You have great employees/ managers here. Made all the difference!
