Having been a Patron since 1984 and knowing John when he started his little shop in Charleston the Vito is still a favorite for a fast and decent sub. Amount of meat seems lighter than the good old days.

This location is terrible. They always mess up my sandwich order either in person or when I order online. At first it was in person so I then decided to order online but they still messed up My sandwich. I will not be coming back to this location I will go out of my way to another location. The new location on Woodstock Rd next to Brusters is way better

The sandwich was lack luster. Not toasted or anything! The Women at the counter was nice but I could have created a better sandwhich at home. Out of all the sandwich spots I’ve tried this was the worst.

The Jimmy John's on Mansell Road is unprofessional and not fast at all. I order my food online for pickup. Came into the store no greeting and food was not prepared. Waiting on my food while my kid went to the bathroom. Use the restroom and still wasn't prepared. He was the only people in the store besides the workers. Messed up my order gave it back for my order back to corrected. Still gave me the in wrong order. I call while I was at work to to tell them my order was wrong. I was told to bring the receipt and sandwich back. At this point I don't get to eat because you messed up my order. Came back the next day which sandwich and receipt. For you to have an attitude and only make the sandwich you messed up. To be disrespectful and talk stuff because I asked for kicking it sauce because you still forgot it. A waste of time and not compensated for the mistake you made.

The food and service here is pretty decent usually. They are pretty inconsistent about when they are open though. There are a lot of times that I try to come to get food when they are supposedly “open” but no one was there.
