No one answered at the drive thru so had to pull up to the window. Bacon was soggy and cold. Didn’t cut my kids cut sandwich in half as requested. My veggie sandwich just tasted off, either the cheese or guac just tasted old. Probably one of the worse jjs I’ve been to. Woodstock is much better.

Idk what they are doing wrong but the bread was soft and doughy and almost made me puke. I usually go just for how good the bread is and this has turned me off from it for a good while at the least

I don’t know why I keep coming here. Its near my house but the service is awful. Terrible. And SLOW! At one point I left after paying because it took FOREVER (actually left my food!). Why does it take 5 mins waiting in the drive thru JUST TO PLACE AN ORDER?

dirtiest and slowest JJs i’ve ever seen. took half an hour for 2 workers to make 3 sandwiches and 1 was wrong. food and trash all over the prep counters. third worker walked in the front door, put her purse, drink, and car keys down on the front counter, did not wash her hands or put any hair covering on and started preparing food. this place needs to be health inspected ASAP or just shut down for the safety of the public.
I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s! The food was fresh and fast as usual, the crew was very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean. I’ll be back!
