Placed a drive-thru order and received a completely different sandwich than what I had requested, even after getting a confirmation from the employee through the intercom. Open/Check your sandwich prior to leaving the drive-thru line.
I had a similar experience to literally everybody who enters this location. The general manager is super rude rushes you through your order. I ordered two turkey tom’s and she told me to pull forward without even asking me if I wanted a combo and then when I asked for a combo, she asked for what chips and I said, original and salt and vinegar and she asked me what sandwiches those were, very condescending and she was very rude to me for the rest of the interaction

The cashier was very rude and kept overtalking us when we were trying to order. It was so bad that we decided to leave. They really need to work on their customer service skills.

I ordered a Door Dash order last night the store called me to firstly ask if I could come pick it up because they no longer had a driver on shift. I could not go pick it up hence why I ordered food delivery. They never cancelled my order through door dash, instead they put that they delivered my order last night. Door dash will not refund me so I tried calling this morning. I asked for the general manager and I spoke with the Indian Lady, she would not give me her name. She hung up on me multiple times. Her reasoning is that she is too busy right now and she asked if I can stop by the store to talk with her about it later???? Every time I call she yells over me and hangs up. Now the store wont pick up at all. This is a joke that she is a representation of this company. I am in the customer service industry and have been for 8 years. I would never treat a customer the way I have been treated today. AND the only reason I keep calling is because I just want my money back. They did not cancel out the order correctly, and due to this I have been on hold with door dash, jimmy johns corporate and my bank. Unless you want to get a headache from a simple door dash order. do not go to this location. I used to eat at this location at least once a week because it is right across the street from my house. I will no longer be giving any business to this location.

This is not a real jimmy John’s sorry the Indian lady Was Extremely Rude and didn’t listen to my order after I spent 35 dollars Will Not Return Also My tomato’s were old and weathered because they are being cheap I would call health inspectors.

Whoever was working the drive thru on May 7th around 1PM (middle aged Indian woman) needs a serious attitude adjustment. I ordered a sandwich and a drink and their register wouldn’t take my card, so she made me give my food back and leave. She was extremely rude and rushed me through the whole process even though the restaurant was basically empty and there was no one in line behind me. My card worked at Publix 10 minutes later so it wasn’t me, it was their system. I see multiple complaints about this woman so I’m not sure why/how she still has a job here, but she needs to work on her people skills and customer service. Not okay behavior.

We love Jimmy John’s but the service this location is terrible. We wait for so long for our orders that we started putting in the order online before we go, but every time we have still had a long wait, the sandwiches are never ready, and there is normally only one person working even when they are super busy. He is a very nice guy and does a fine job for being one person, but the owner/manager at this location is really the worst.

This location routinely double charges for your order - always get a receipt so you don't pay $40 for 2 sandwiches
