the sandwich was very good, and the customer service was amazing. My sandwich was a little stinky, but thats probably because I put a lot of pickles on it! I will back many times in the future

First time at a JJ, the place looked very clean; however, my review will be similar to the other reviews this location has… customer service is not the best. Cashier seemed to be tired of working there.
As for the wrap, a solid 3/10 not much flavor, very plain. I think for the same price I can go to subway and get a much flavorful wrap.
A smile goes a long way guys.

Hire some help for my man working by himself at closing. My order was submitted at 638p on 6/28 and I pulled out from the pick up window at 8p. When I pulled up a drive thru order was being processed and I still had to wait for my order to be completed. I could tell that my order was started when I pulled up to the window and saw my incomplete sandwiches sitting on the counter. My order came to the store before the drive up order and should have been finished first so that when I pulled up it was ready to go. The lone worker is by himself and in no rush bc he's being overworked. Hire him some help. This isn't the first time I've picked up from him and had to wait. Your location is not freaky fast. Pick it up and do better. This isn't on the employee it's on you the owner.

Terrible experience. We went to four different Jimmy John’s locations in Roswell, all of which were out of bread. We finally placed an order at this location because the app let it go through, and drove nearly 50 minutes to get there, only to be told by the person at the counter, “Oh, I should’ve called you. We’re out of bread too.” No one contacted us, and the order never should’ve been accepted in the first place. Complete waste of time and still haven’t received a refund.

I'm not sure what has changed but this use to be my go-to location. New owners or new staff but something is most definitely different. Last 3 visits my orders were wrong and you can tell no effort went into making the sandwich. After 7 or more years I won't be returning!

This is hands down the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. The woman working was extremely rude and interrupted me through my whole order. She also managed to make it incorrectly even though I repeated it twice. The bread was stale and the sandwich was extremely messy - It was also full of cheese with barely any meat. It’s a shame because usually Jimmy John’s is a pretty high quality chain.

This is my go to place and location for a delicious sandwich. We frequent this place weekly and the standard is consistently brilliant. Tried a Jimmy John’s closer to my home and this location is still my preferred spot. Great customer service and great sandwiches!

Placed a drive-thru order and received a completely different sandwich than what I had requested, even after getting a confirmation from the employee through the intercom. Open/Check your sandwich prior to leaving the drive-thru line.
I had a similar experience to literally everybody who enters this location. The general manager is super rude rushes you through your order. I ordered two turkey tom’s and she told me to pull forward without even asking me if I wanted a combo and then when I asked for a combo, she asked for what chips and I said, original and salt and vinegar and she asked me what sandwiches those were, very condescending and she was very rude to me for the rest of the interaction

The cashier was very rude and kept overtalking us when we were trying to order. It was so bad that we decided to leave. They really need to work on their customer service skills.
