The sandwich I got was good, I just wouldn’t expect good service from them as I came in at 8pm and they felt like I was doing a disservice by coming in. I just think that they need better customer service and it’d be a better place to eat.

I got the #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN and my wife got the Chicken Caesar Wrap. They were both very good and full of meat. We definitely would order them again. We were in the area for the volleyball tournament and Jimmy John's was close enough to walk to which was nice because the parking lot was full and we didn't want to move our car and lose our parking spot.

The Indian woman who works here has a horrible attitude. She was so rude and nasty to me today despite the calm, pleasant demeanor I maintained throughout the encounter. The sandwich was mediocre due to the sub par quality on the ingredients. Avoid this location at all costs!!

Very rude short Indian manager looking lady that was working at the register 3:00 pm 10/25/2023 ! I stated I don’t eat here often can I build my own sandwich she said yes then kept rushing me to put mayo lettuce and tomatoes and I don’t eat that ! She throws her hand up like hurry up I look at her like why you rushing me . Now I’m not about to go back and forth you I said don’t worry about it I look to the side the other little girl picking and playing with the inside of the bread !!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! Dirty people !

I felt very rushed to order my sub and was asked what I wanted by her naming all the toppings at 100 miles per hour not understanding what she said. I’m use to being able to see what I want for my option of toppings on my sub. So I said everything except tomatoes and I just get lettuce, mayo and cheese.
