Johnny's New York Style Pizza

Honestly, I was really shocked by how good the service is! Very welcoming and they make you feel like family.
I came in to order a pizza to go and was treated really well and offered water while I waited.
On top of that, the pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty. Really happy and impressed by this restaurant!

Food is always great. Service terrible during lunch. Waited 30 mins for a sandwich while the cook was head down on his phone and did not communicate to the host/server it was ready. There was only one other patron in the restaurant when I placed my order. SMH.

We have delivery Most of the time. Although we've sat in multiple Johnnys locations over the years and I enjoy the atmosphere. The food is amazing! We love everything and are always satisfied with quality,.taste and freshness!!However, this review is specifically regarding delivery. For some reason our house is hard to find for food, delivery, mail, amazon etc...but William at the Roswell location always remembers where we live. On top of that he is so friendly. He showed up last time and said, "look who it is". He rocks! He has always been respectful and made sure the order is right and has come back as a second trip when there was an ordering miscommunication. Anywho Love Johnny's!!!! But I want a special shout out to William!!! His job is not easy. Serving the public is rough. I know. So I appreciate his happy presence and smiling face!!! Much Love to William!!!❤️

Sometimes it feels like they just don't care at all. This place is so hit or miss. Everytime I order here I have to update my review. From cold, soggy cheese bread to this absurdity of a slice of four cheese pizza, I'm frustrated at myself for continuing to order from them. Every once and a while I'll get a really good calzone, so I think that's what keeps me giving them another shot. Also they're close to my work. But be warned, you are flipping a coin with this place.

The service was great, atmosphere was good with both inside and outside seating, but I found the pizza and sub to be more on the average side, and a bit overpriced for what you get. The sub needed more meat and cheese, the medium pizza was nearly $20. So what you get for the price wasn't in alignment for me. Super nice and accommodating servers for sure. We were seated quickly, and it did not take long to get our food, which is very positive. Please note the restaurant was fairly full, and many came and went picking up carryout orders, which certainly indicates Johnny's is doing a good job for their patrons.
