A woman went through the drive through, ordered a bucket of chicken no breast, but came inside because the order was wrong. The staff replaced the order but took the bucket with no top from the woman, and put the chicken this lady picked through back in the warming tray. Another woman came behind her and put someone else’s order in that same used bucket and gave it to someone else’s. If I had my phone I would’ve recorded the woman. The woman with the red pink hair needs a handbook on food safety & cross contamination.

I cooked KFC almost 60 years ago at my aunt’s restaurant. The chicken was much better quality and tastier too. The side portions were especially larger. The expectation was certainly greater than the experience. ☹️

I honestly don’t know how hard it is to read an order written out plain as day but if someone places a mobile order there is no way I should have to tell the workers what my entire order is just for them to mess the whole thing up and forget my food items! Incompetence at its best

I made a KFC order yesterday that wasnt correct. I did not receive the large order of wedges I ordered and my chicken wings were inedible. I went to get a refund and Uber eats only gave me 2.70 back, Which I paid almost $ 7 for a large order of wedges I didn't get. The order of inedible chicken wing were over $30.
In my bank accout I was issued a refund of 7.02 then Uber took back 2.42. I think at this point Uber should issue me a full refund....I paid 45.83 for gravy ( because I couldn't eat the wings and I didn't get my wedges)

Attempted to order from this location via doordash and my dasher was literally waiting for over an hour, said there were no other customers there, and when he tried to see what was taking so long they seemed completely unphased...we only ordered a 5 piece chicken strip and ended up canceling the order. Worst service ever
