Order at the drive thru at 7:40pm. Order 2 different buckets. 8 piece family meal and a chicken tenders. After waiting 20min. Handed my food and when I got home , noticed only got half my order... Sigh.. tried calling, I don't know if the number listed works, since it picks up, but no one says anything.. Is this KFC a scam site? I was not going to drive 20min back to go and argue. Buyer beware, I won't be visiting this KFC again. It's to bad as there are not others close by. Col Sanders would be severely disappointed. Go somewhere else. Id argue further but they never even gave me a receipt. :-/

Went through the drive-thru and had a great experience. The staff member at the window was very polite, our large order came out incredibly fast, and everything was piping hot and delicious. Definitely impressed!

I am a frequent patron of KFC Roswell, and particularly enjoy their chicken thighs, corn, and coleslaw. By necessity, I always order through a delivery service such as Door Dash, Uber Eats, or Grub Hub. In the past, I have commended KFC for their hermetically sealed bags that add a measure of tamper-resistance and safety to delivery orders. However, lately my orders have arrived in partially open bags, and curiously food items have been missing. I’m not accusing anyone of anything, however this is a significant safety concern to me. I don’t know whether the missing food items were not included at the store, or whether the items were removed during delivery. It does appear that KFC has changed the quality of their bags. The seal is not as strong and it doesn’t cover the entire opening of the bag. Consequently, there is enough of an opening for food items to be removed, or for a probing hand to be inserted without detection. It appears that the packaging quality of KFC food for delivery, and thus customer safety, has regrettably been reduced.
