I came in yesterday to get a three-piece with biscuit and french fries I work right up the street at IHOP I got to work to take my break I went to eat my food there was a bug on my biscuit so when I got off of work I brought my food back up there and told them exactly what I had since I didn't get my receipt and he just took the chicken out of my box that had a bug in it and only reason I know it's the same box was because the cartilage was still in the box from the piece of chicken that my daughter ate

They have a signage on their window if you text to a certain number you will get a 5.00 2 piece meal. I text the number and got the coupon the next day. I went to Roswell GA Holcomb bridge location to use it and they didn’t want to honor their signage price or my text for 5.00 instead they told me 5.99 with a total of 6.45. All I wanted was for them to honor what was written.

I recently ordered through the drive-through, some macaroni and cheese and a biscuit and about 30 minutes after me eating it I started to feel my body getting weak. I instantly started throwing up everywhere. I do not recommend you eating here. I am still suffering from food poisoning. My whole body feels horrible right now. I wouldn’t recommend the macaroni and cheese and biscuits from here.

I was a fan of KFC my whole life. When I was in Michigan, I had to drive 2 hours to try KFC, and i did it for the whole 6 years. Now, in Georgia, it feels like punishing yourself with too much salt. Or the chiken comotted suicide by having too much salt before dying. KFC fix your recipe.

Asked for a large cup of water, and was happy to pY the 3$ for a large cup. I paid and received a medium cup, after asking specifically for a large (which again, i was happy to pay for). I asked the lady at the counter for the cup I paid for, she refused to give me the right size cup.
negative experience all the way around. Poor customer service. All for a cup for water. Kinda ridiculous. Definitely won't stop here ever again 🤡

Victor at the Holcomb Bridge location is always prompt with the speed of his service. He is always 100% accurate checking the online and pickup orders when I am present, ensuring the customer selects the pickup button in the app. My food is always fresh and hot - which I love! Not to mention is always nice and professional making my experience quick, easy and fast! Also the store is always clean!

Ordered DoorDash and was told by the driver that the employees told them they can’t make any food cause it’s not ready and they close at 10 but the dasher said the sign says 11. The dasher told me this at early 9 p.m on 05/30/24. The employees have more than enough time to distribute our order, they’re just being lazy. Unacceptable!
