Confirmed Thanksgiving hours on website the day before(I also called the day before but they wouldn’t answer the phone). Ten of us showed up Thanksgiving morning and the doors were locked. Went through drive thru and they wouldn’t even sell us donuts. Stated that we had to order online. If I wanted a box of old/cold donuts I’d go to QT. I’m done with this place!

Came here on a Friday at noon, and there was a sign on the door saying they were out of doughnuts. How does a doughnut factory run out of donuts? On our last visit they were pumping out the hot glazed doughnuts and had the hot sign on, but they refused to sell them to me saying that those doughnuts were being shipped off to the stores. Well I drove out to the factory for a hot doughnut. If I wanted a cold one, I could have just gone to my local grocery store. If you dont want people asking for hot ones, turn off the sign and stop advertising for them.

Ordered a dozen original glazed for $16. They were fresh but extremely flat, small and oily. This has happened multiple times at this location. They need to let the donuts rise more or something.

Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised these days, but even KK has fallen to greed and incompetence. Ordered a dozen original glazed doughnuts. The employee said they were made less than 2 hours ago. Paid $16 + tax roughly. The doughnuts I got were probably made the day before. They were hard and the glaze was already flaking off. The grocery store KK products are fresher. And if the massively increased prices, dishonest employee, and day-old product wasn't enough, the amount of dough they use has decreased by probably 30 to 35%. You'll notice that to fit the box they have to keep the same outer diameter, meaning the center hole gets larger as they cut back the dough they use. Just pay attention to that next time you visit.

I stopped by this location to pick up doughnuts and boxed coffee only to be told they had no coffee?? You’re a doughnut shop without coffee, that’s like being a Bagel shop with no cream cheese….

The donut purchased and eaten at about 930am on a Friday was at least a day old if not more. I feel like that’s expected if you were to buy one at the grocery store but not when visiting the brick and mortar. This seems to be a trend. I rarely go anymore and hope each time is a fluke but the donuts are never fresh. To make matter worse this time the coke I purchased (expected fountain but was a bottle) was flat, I checked the date and it was sell by a month prior….staff was friendly.

This is my go to place for Krispy Kreme doughnuts . Today I wasn’t happy, because they had no more cinnamon buns, and raspberry filled donuts, and the prices were still high.
I have put this off for too long. I've gone to this location at least 3 or 4 times now. And only once did I have a good experience. This location for some reason decides to not open their doors at 6am nor do they plan on producing donuts.By the time they're open they only have the specialty donuts, but barely any of the original glaze donuts.. I went one time and they said they wouldn't even have original glaze until 7am. Most other places by this time would have the hot and fresh sign on this location didn't even have the machine on. Management there definitely needs to take in consideration who they have as their employee to open the establishment.

I gave one star because I received an email for a 7.99 dozen from 7-9pm. When I arrived at 7:30 I was told hot ended at 7pm. The ad said hot 7 til 9pm. No sale. No star.

Quality is not same .. 🍩 like paper and extremely sweet the girl was working she was very rude I told her to change the donut she changed wrong one she didn't show me...she was rude I was very upset when I reached home
