Ordered a medium and was given a small coffee. When asked the employees swore that was a medium despite me having ANOTHER medium for comparison. When asked for iced water we were told it would have to be hot water and an ice cup which was ok. When we got to the window we realized they had charged us for a water bottle despite that NOT being what we asked for. Ordered a 3 pack of doughnuts and one of them was incorrect. Worst store I have been to in a while, drive out to Marietta because the gas is worth it.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The place was clean and organized. It was very cool to watch the doughnut machine crank the glazed doughnuts out. My only thing was there were about 6 team members working and the young lady who was boxing my Mobil order up was on her AirPod the whole time talking to someone about how her weekend was going. It didn’t speed the process up at all. The Hershey’s chocolate specialty doughnuts were great!

Went in expecting a hot donut but donut did not taste fresh. When we were walking out I noticed the fry machine having an unclean look perhaps old batter not sure. The donuts taste like old oil. The employees were pleasant and location seemed clean otherwise.
