Went to drive up around 11:20 am today. No one answered so I tried to go inside. The doors are locked.

Doors were locked on a Saturday at 4pm .. 3-4 employees inside. They made it "Drive thru Only" ... Waited an extra 8 minutes for 2 chicken sandwichs for them to be made incorrectly and having to have another 5-6 mins for their second attempt. My fries were cold by the end of my wait. Nothing was offered, not even an apology for their mistake. 🤦😞 Krystals will never be anything like White Castle was 💔

Every time, we get delivery or pick up or anything from this location, the same items are incorrect EVERY TIME. This has been a repeat issue, and absolutely ridiculous at this point. How hard is it to not put mustard on chili cheese pups???? Absolutely done with ordering or getting from this location.

Krystal will always be the food that you eat when you're hungry that won't make you sick!! the people there are very friendly & very nice. Sometimes I wonder: who's eating that?? I just went to get water for my dog cuz we had been in traffic too long. I'm not into yukking anyone's yum, but I am curious who's eating that & why?
Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to my dog I spent lesson than a dollar on a small cup of cold water and I don't have any complaints about the service. If I would have left it up to my dog we would have came out there with a big bag of cheeseburgers😀
