24 hours and lights on, actively cleaning the drink machines but the employees are hiding in the back to avoid working. Called the 1-800 number they keep leaving on comments and the line is disconnected! Avoid this place !

Drove 20 minutes to try Krystal for the first time on a Tuesday at 5pm. The lights are on but the doors are locked and there's no sign on the door informing customers why it's closed. Never saw this before at ANY fast food chain. And reading through the comments, I can see I wasn't the only one who came to this Krystal location during regular business hours only to find out that it's closed. Hey owner, stop telling commenters to go to the Krystal website and repeat what we wrote here. We don't need to or have the time to complain twice. Just fix the place or close it down so it doesn't show up as OPEN on Google Maps. You could have gained a new customer but you lost that opportunity. I'll just have to wait until I'm near a White Castle to get my slider fix...

Menu showed one price but I was charged a price much higher , I was told I'd hear from a manager well I'm still waiting!!!!! BTW the number on the receipt doesn't connect you with anyone !!Been few weeks since this happened, an I left a message at the web address I was referred to an still haven't heard anything from anyone , at this point just keep the money , an if others don't wanna get ripped off stay away from this business !!! Zero ?

The current staff just loves to screw with your orders. Ownership needs to come in and clean management out and start over. This place WAS friendly and reliable. It's now scummy and cheats you.
Their big street sign says open 24 hours, the sign on their window at the drive through says open until 2am Sunday through Thursday and 24 hours Friday and Saturday. Yet when I went through the drive through at 11:20 pm on Wednesday evening I was told that I could not order ant of the sliders because they close at midnight and close their grill at 11pm. Even if they do close at midnight it seems absurd to close your grills an hour before closing and are therefore u anable to serve their main dish.

I’m so thankful to have discovered that Krystal makes Milk Shakes…after being in ATL almost ‘30’ years I had no idea…now I look forward to a milk shake when I’ve “earned that reward” ??of course the rest of the menu is wonderful, simply iconic and unique!..The Staff at this location do a really Good Job of being Friendly, professional, gracious and kind??kudos and big up!!!

Horrible I mean Horrible service! Something is always broken. The soad machine is down. The computer system is down. The register is down. And the staff is rude and unprofessional.Pay VERY close to your final price. I was overcharged for my two meals. I don't know if they added a tip or what. But, I was not given a receipt.
