This was a hidden gem after my workout! The food was delicious, healthy and full of protein. The protein powders are quality and decently priced too. But overall the service was amazing! Will definitely be buying my meals here.

I want to lead off with saying that this business is a life saver. The meals are filling, tasty and always hit the spot while keeping my honest to my health goals. This meal prep company is great! Personally, as someone who works full-time and tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it can be hard to eat healthy and have time to meal prep. Lean Kitchen allows for you to have both! My husband and I love getting these meals weekly for convivence and helping meet our fitness goals.

Jay (the owner of lean kitchen) is very personable and passionate about providing people a healthy way of living with great tasting food as well! The quality of the food is great and you have a variety of options weekly.

Cannot praise this company enough!

Man, I have been looking for a place like this for a very long time. There are places that serve meal prep and places that focus on healthy options. But there are 0 places that serve healthy, protein-focused options for a great price! Idk how they do it but Jay and the team over at Lean Kitchen in Roswell have perfected the 2.The food is great and healthy and keeps you full for a long time and the price is hard to believe. Most meals are around 10$/meal or less. You can't even go to Wendy's and get a meal for 10$ nowadays and the nutritional value is not comparable. Not to mention they deliverer for only $5!They have a super user-friendly app where you can pick your meals for the week and of course there is a discount for ordering in "bulk". They also have a rewards program that adds up very quickly. Seems like I have earned a free meal every week.The owner, Jay, is truly one of a kind too. He is super nice and friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and the supplements in his store. Not to mention, in a world where owners and businesses give every excuse in the book to raise their prices, Jay does everything in his power to keep his lower than everyone else. The prices haven't changed one bit in the year+ that i've been using Lean Kitchen.I can't say enough good things about this place and Jay and I feel so lucky there is one close to me. It's been an absolute game changer for my fitness/health goals as well as my budget! If you're looking for somewhere that makes great food at a super affordable price and offers all the convenience in the world, LEAN KITCHEN IS YOUR BEST BET!

I ordered once because of the convenience. I continue to order because the staff just makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. The meals are so good too. They are very flavorful and lots of menu options including soups, wraps, and meat/veggie meals.This is not a restaurant to go sit and eat. It’s a meal prep service so order ahead!

The wife and I stopped by just to check out the store and what they had to offer. They took the time to explain how the ordering works and we also took home a couple of the meals they had on display.The meals themselves were very flavorful and tasted very fresh! My wife usually doesn't like "re-heated" dishes but even she thought it was delicious! We will definitely be signing up for the weekly meal service they offer very soon.

I have been eating meals from here for lunch and dinner every single day since January and I have lost over 120 lbs. The convenience it adds to my life when it comes to dieting is invaluable. I don’t know if I could have done it without lean kitchen. Every meal is delicious and the consistency allows me to confidently know what to expect. Jay is very personable and gets to know his customers in a way that makes each visit feel very welcoming. Also, my fiancé is not on a diet and eats these for dinner with me most nights and she loves them as well.

Yep, just like everyone mentions. Food is amazing! Lots of flavor. We ran up and met Jay and he gave us the run down. Really simple, low fat, low calorie, high protein meals, with no preservatives, made fresh weekly, with a rotating menu. I tried the Cheeburger bowl and my wife got the sweet & sour chicken. I was in between meetings so heated this up for 90 seconds, et voila! Delicious! Lots of flavor and seasoning, corn , peppers, rice, yum. The pickles that came with it are awesome too. I didn't even miss the bun. Way Way Way better tasting then any of the food delivery services we've tried. My wife loved hers too (see picture). Totally full now with a little left over. Great value.
